Exactly. A question on our meddling in Honduras and Clinton supporting the coup regime as a result should have been asked, as it is much more pertinent for the debate's topic of immigration and Latin America instead of asking her about her role in Benghazi.

+Edward Jones Hillary already has her answers prepared for this one and has been asked about it. If I recall correctly it was some BS about the coup being legal by Honduran law which as we all know is completely meaningless in light of the the corruption and instant changes to the law the new government has made. She also went on that the reason they didn't was because an admission of an illegal coup would force the US to discontinue all aid to Honduras and she didn't want to punish the Honduran people. This is something that makes sense although I have my doubts about how much Hillary really cares for the people of Honduras. It is the completely unregulated out of control big energy companies who are behind this fine womans assassination. Free trade agreements pioneered by her husband Bill are are behind all these multinational corporations setting up businesses in countries like Honduras with little regard for environmental law and indigenous peoples rights. Really sad situation.

And her supporters just don't give a damn.

Democracy Now was one of the few news outlets to report clearly and thoroughly on what transpired. This was a pro-military policy and a pro-USA INC policy because their military is US trained and the corporations have been wanting to privatize and exploit indigenous lands. Berta Cáceres, an internationally recognized, supported and distinguished environmental and indigenous activist, and those of her ilk stood between them and the oppression of indigenous communities and the exploitation of their lands. What a tragedy. Obama downplayed it all and the racist Hilary rewrote the section on the Honduran coup-which she had bragged about-out of the 2nd edition of her book Hard Choices.

You have left a couple of details out and distorted one. Berta' s daughter said, in an interview., which you left out, that it was very easy to hire assassins in Honduras and that assassination came from rich people. I don't think Hillary Clinton would hire rich assassins to kill anyone. You also distorted Honduras' reality which has the most crimes against environmentalists per capita IN THE WORLD, long before Hillary was even thought of. You have left out that Berta had been receiving threats after threats, long before Hillary Clinton ever showed up, and that she had to move residence and that she had bodyguards. And you have let out that she was instrumental in blocking the building of two dams, and, that eventually, one company did build a dam "illegally" with Berta still fighting for the demolition. There were many threats to her life, long before Hillary had gotten involved. To trick the reader that violence got even more intense after the coup, and you trying to pinned it on Hillary Clinton should put you in the same place were violence was intense before Hillary Clinton. I think you should give a real history of Honduras, because you assert that violence intensified after the coup. That is false, and if you were to read for your reader what was going on in Honduras long before the coup, it might put you in jail for false accusation.. Again , for the reader, Honduras has the most homicides against environmentalists and conservationists per capita in THE WORLD, long before Clinton had even heard of Honduras.
