I've got a ng11 and a hobie adventure island and personally I'd buy a second hand hobie over k2f any day

I've never had a NG11 however I love the Nextgen 11.5 it's awesome 👍🎣

Agreed. Hobie is more expensive for a reason. Plus prop drive sucks lol

I have the NG 11.5 and am absolutely happy with what I got for the money I have spent 👍

Thanks for the video and comments, I just purchased an 11.5 Next Gen pedal Yak which I will receive in a couple of weeks. I did find a few negative reviews but not too many, overall it looks like an awesome yak and cant wait to upgrade from my paddle yak! Regarding the rudder system, there were a few negative comments on this via some reviews I found about the quality and setup, did you have any issues or had to repair prior to heading on the water? No not at all... I'm not sure as why anyone would have a issue with the rudder as it is really smooth and turns like it's on rails. I guess with anything sometimes you will find an issue. But I can assure you that the build and quality of these kayaks are really good. If for any reason anyone has any kind of issue or they really need to do is reach out to kayaks2fish and advise of it and it would be resolved quickly as they are an Australian company based in Sydney.

From memory the rudder when you first launch the kayak might need to be adjusted once you're on the water. The rudder handle has two adjustment areas that you can tension.
