This So Cal shopping center invested wisely in asphalt and concrete repairs, ADA upgrades, seal coating and restriping work to extend the performance life of it's pavement and beautify the center.
The BEFORE shots show the extensive oxidation and block cracking that had developed over the years.
The progress and AFTER shots show the usage of hot-rubberized crack-seal to inhibit water penetration and protect the subgrade, a quality coat of OverKote industrial pavement sealer to waterproof and preserve the asphalt, asphalt patching to correct failures, and concrete sidewalk repairs to remove trip-hazard liabilities and improve aesthetics. A CASp (Certified Access Specialist) report led to the completion of ADA compliance repairs as well.
With the amount of traffic this center receives and the retailers present, this is a well-respected investment to provide a safe, high-performing lot that attracts patrons and makes tenants proud to be a part of well-taken care of center.
