Thanks crappco for make me remember my childhood at Universal Studios, that was my favorite show, every time I remember how wonderful it was watched Beetlejuice's Rockin' Graveyard Revue. Always I visit Universal Studio I wish that show never end, was and is one of my favorite shows.

I love the Phantom of the Opera "a little song, a little dance, a big old fireball up your pants" that line makes me laugh every time lol I like this group of people playing these characters then some others that I have seen

when i was lil there was this man that lived a few houses down from me that would dress up like beetlejuice every year for halloween and pass out candy he acted just like beetlejuice too he was say better then this guy in this show at universal studios

best version EVER! he didn't sound like BJ but no one can do the impressionation prefectly anyway yet he had the character down PAT! 100 STARS

Wow, this Bride of Frankenstein does the best job I've yet heard with 'I will survive'. I wish I could have seen this one when it was still on. I can only imagine the level of ENERGY it would take to do several of these shows a day. They must all be in really, really good shape. XD

It's the same theater that the Creature show uses now & Conan The Barbarian used decades ago. Yes, it was always enclosed. You can watch our other Beetlejuice shows from 1993 & 1994 which were in an outdoor venue. - Team Crappco

Loved the show and movie

This show is definatly way better than the Universal Orlando show! Stage and lighting was amazing, their singers are way better, and their host was better than the one in Orlando. I wish I could have seen it live!

But without no Beetlejuice there, I kind of have lost interest in ever going. Beetlejuice was the only thing I cared about, when someone would mention Universal Studios to me. I like this Hollywood style much better then the Orlando version and I would had just loved to see the Hollywood version live. -Hayley B

I loved BJ's humor! How they come up with this is so clever. And on it being the last few shows before it closed makes it even better. After all, the Phantom of the Opera isn't in the newer ones that I saw. D: But still, I was very impressed!

Made my first comment while still watching BJ in beg of show..now that I've seen the whole thing I have to comment on first of all the great video you put together. I'm sure the cast is glad to have it as a reminder of the show. Well done. Must admit the show seems more Rock N' Roll than the Orlando version. That being said and taking nothing away from the talents of these folks I prefer my peeps in the Orlando cast. Maybe I'm just partial cuz I know and love 'em. :)

I wish that I had the chance to see this live. Too bad my 1st visit to USH was in 2004.

Sailorcometh - We're very glad you like the video. Although there's been no Beetlejuice show at Universal Hollywood since 1999, the character is still there most days, wandering around, posing for pictures & being just the right amount of disgusting. Never having been to the Orlando park, we've had fun watching some of their videos on KZread. J.R. Horsting Yeah, you're a riot man. Beetlejuice is one of my favorite Tim Burton characters, and you did an awesome job.

Great now this show is no longer in Orlando, now I am not get the fun I want with my three favorite rides and shows, Back to the Future the ride, Jaws the ride, and now this

This is so timeless! :D

Every time I watch other videos of this show, I compare it to this 99 version. This video is THE video for me, the perfect performance. The chemistry for the cast was there, the singing was amazing, as was the dancing. No other cast I've seen has it going on like this one. JR has got to be my favorite Beetlejuice of all time beside Keaton himself, and I dream of meeting him and Ray Garcia just to say thank you for giving such amazing performances. I watch this excellent video all the time now.

The Hollywood version of the show had many differences compared to the Orlando version. Orlando began creating multiple changes and Hollywood did their own so the show was overall similar, but far from identical.

Organ Solo....Phantom of the Opera!

I really miss this show. Never saw the Creature from the Black Lagoon musical. Heard I didn't miss much. But I do remember Spiderman Rocks. I think a more castle theatre appropriate show needs to make home in this theatre and not the special effects show they have. that used to be on the lower level next to Back Draft.

I only just figured out about this show a few years ago when I went to Universal Studios in Florida. It was SO much fun (although the pyrotechnics get to me...). But when I found out that the Phantom use to be in the show I was like WHAT?! So the main question I have is... WHY'D THEY GET RID OF THE PHANTOM! *incoherent fangirl ranting*

I must have watched this video at least 25 times and it never gets old. I have seen 2 videos of the one that is in Florida and there is just no comparison- USH definitely had the better show! Especially Beetlejuice himself, who is way hotter and funnier than the guy at USF. USH definitely has Florida beat here.

It was expensive to run and Universal wanted something new. This September will be 10 years since it closed and this spring, Universal Studios Hollywood will debut Creature From The Black Lagoon - The Musical. Seriously. We have absolutely no information other than the title.

They all change a bit.... Actually, the Frankenstein Monster has the right length of hair at last, if you've read the book.

I love the clear view and the great sound, but... I think all the Betels I've seen in Florida sound better with the voice... Everytime I've been to the one in Florida, Betel always sounds a LOT like when Michael Keaton played the character in the movie, or they usually sound like the cartoon Betelgeuse (which is almost my favorite one, despite my loving the film)...

I viewed this video before (great BTW), I don't remember if I saw it here. Wasn't there a point when Beetlejuice dances to "Day O" with 4 Beetlejuice clones strapped to him?

Pictures with Betel?! I've never found him wondering around at the Florida one! D: Not fair! (Not fair because one of my favorite things at Universal is the E.T ride and I know the one in Cali doesn't have it, so its hard for me to want to go for anything other than Disneyland... And a picture with Betel makes me want to go. D: )

emerald825- As far a we know, it's still in Orlando. The Hollywood & Florida always had different version of the shows with different characters and different songs. The show may also still be running in Universal Tokyo.

@crappco But in his place Universal Studios put a Special Effects show, well at least this year (2011)... Really I prefer Beetlejuice than another show.

They have redone the show 4 time in Orlando it would have gotten stale had they kept it the exact same for so long. its been around a long time the oldest recording I could fine dates back till near the end of of 1992 in middle of august. in middle I was slightly over about 7 years old when they introduce this attraction.
