It's not the musical complexity that's impressive about this, the speed or fingerings, it's the clarity. A lot of guitarists who don't play classical guitars don't understand this, it's getting every note from every finger to project at the right volume that's really hard. Balancing each line in the piece. All I can say is bravo maestro 👏

Some people just don't understand how many fucking years of practice, practically 8 hours a day or something, to be this good. The song is already next level. @L K What? I mean it's easy compared to this arrangement, you know it is. I don't know who Dr. Viossy is, but I've heard other metal guitarists playing classical and they're butchering the pieces. It's not that they're bad guitarists, but classical doesn't translate well to metal for me. It could be better if they get rid of the drums and play what the composer has written instead of making their own parts (yes, I realise this is what makes it metal). I don't like it, that's why I criticize. It's perfectly normal for people to criticize what they don't like. I've played classical on electric guitar but without effects and with thick flat wounds on a hollow body - a jazz setup. Most classical pieces can be arranged for two electric guitars and sound decent while being playable.

I still come back to this every once in a while and I am still as amazed as the first time that I saw this. Almost 1 million views!
A piano favorite becomes a guitar favorite--nothing lost in translation!
Is this real life? How is this even possible? Never thought of Beethoven as a shredder but this piece shreds. You sir are amazing. I hope you keep on introducing us to great pieces that are not commonly played on guitar. Thank you.

@@christozkv546 5 fingers are the ones playing. 4 fingers can choose up to 6 notes. Right hand is more of a limitation than the left if you're good enough at arranging.

Emre, this performance has made you a legend. Maestro, you are now *IMMORTAL* and *ETERNAL.*
BEAUTIFUL! This is what happens when you mix magic with music and one of the finest artists in the world!
Every month I’d search for an acoustic guitar version of this piece just to be disappointed. Thank you for finally doing it!

Truly wonderful. He retains such a beautiful, measured tone throughout. Bravo!!
This arrangement never ceases to amaze me. I need to buy it and learn it for myself!
You, Sir, is not just a fabulous guitarist, a wonderful musician but a true artist. Well done Sir and thank you for bringing guitar playing to another level. I never imagine this piece can be played on a guitar!!! Absolutely amazing! I thought your transcription of Clair de Lune is one of the best but Moonlight Sonata (3rd Movement) on guitar, I mean..... I am lost for words. Despite the change of key but you kept the colour and vibrancy of the piece in your transcription and performance, Bravo, bravo!!! Thank you.

This master is incredible, he's doing some arrangements that we could never imagine to be real, these arrangements are really incredibly astonishing
Breathtaking! Never thought I’d see this being played on guitar, awesome
I bow to you. Even the fact that this was a live (stream) performance, unbelievable
Pure virtuoso performance! no one else could pull this off! Thanks Emre, you are an Inspiration to us mere mortals.
After years of searching I didnt think it was possible... You bring honor to our craft, good sir
No words for this- Absolutely incredible. This constitute a new stage in guitar knowledge. This guy is making history
Not sure how I missed this for 4 years. One of my fav pieces and I cannot believe it was sucessfully transcribed for guitar. Emre, what a job. Made my night to hear this.
I literally cannot think of anyone besides Emre who would take this movement on... not only that but to do it flawlessly with an incredible arrangement that is a perfect interpretation of the song.
I've always searched for this piece on guitar on youtube with no success on finding one on the classical guitar... My prayers have been heard
ELLERINE SAGLK!! I've watched this countless times and always find enjoyment in the way you play! Thank you and keep up the amazing work!

Everytime i search for an insanely difficult classical guitar piece. This guy always comes up. Truly a masterful guitarist
Sad to see that this masterpiece has a few thousands visualizations meanwhile some folks playing it on the electric guitar have millions. Not trying to diminish the electric guitar or the players, in fact I love it . But this classical version is way more complex and it's also beautiful.

100% agree. We are in the age of timbre. For better or worse, beats, insanely compressed electric guitar, and wonky textures have become the musical zeitgeist. Harmony, dynamics, melody, and "soul" have been sacrificed. It's quite cyclic so I have hope- I'd just love it to hurry the F up so I can book more meaningful gigs!

The generality of people visit youtube for enterntaiment and relaxation. This piece and it’s presentation is much deeper than just the ’fun’ layer. I bet Der Erlkönig does not have 10 million views, if played by classical violist - but Gangnamstyle hase billion views. No need to be sad, that is just the way humankind works.
I'm speechless, what a talent. Thank you for your effort to made 3rd on classical guitar. Excellent.
Быстрая часть лунной сонаты на акустической гитаре? Никогда не думал, что так можно сыграть! Вы заткнули всех электрогитаристов за пояс! Браво, маэстро!
An outstanding achievement. This piece is impressive on a piano. I wouldn’t have thought it possible on a 6-note polyphonic instrument.
