@Almighty Smough i really dont know how to answer your question cause my love for piano has changed over the years so ive grown to playing it more in past 2019 i took piano more seriously and practice 60-90 minutes a day, the sonata is a bit easier than it looks but still the most challenging piece i played. But when i finish the and "master" it then I want to play "la campanella" its stupid dificult but beautiful

You've made wonderful progress and it's very clear that you have made good use of your time. One thing I'm going to point out to you however is just be extra cautious of your left wrist - specifically when playing octaves - as the way you have it positioned is causing you to over strain on that stretch between your thumb and pinky which is causing your knuckles to sink and collapse (really bad habit to get into but it's natural so we need to make the extra effort to avoid it). Try to keep a curve in the full finger at all times rather than solely the tip - and if you are struggling on the stretch of an octave, then raise the wrists above the height of your fingers and knuckles as if they are attached to a string. This should help you keep a better curve throughout the fingers without any of the joints collapsing or sinking, it will also help you by lifting some of the weight you have when playing in the left hand so you can alternate freely between soft and heavy - and everything inbetween. Really good job though, keep up the good work!

I really love Bethoven's Moonlight Sonata, it pierces through my heart whenever I hear it.. It's like experiencing the beauty of nostalgic nature in night, you can include a chaotic neither distorted world but for me it feels like in the nature sitting on a wide grass field at night while looking at the full moon under the dark blue sky as you enjoy the lovely wind breeze.. Really nostalgic, sounds like beauty behind these darkness.

This is incredible progress in just over a year! I want to say one thing though. You don't always have to play exactly like the sheet music says. Being flexible and creative is what music is all about. In this piece, it felt to me like you were too rigidly sticking to the tempo and strict dynamics. Don't be afraid to throw in some ritardandos or accelerandos. At 1:35 and the similar motif at the end, I like to speed up a bit. The dissonance reminds me of something like a storm, so it feels more dynamic if it is sped up at this part and then slowed down by contrast when you return to the B major chord at 1:41. In terms of dynamics, same thing applies. Contrast of dynamics adds a massive dimension to the music. For example, at 2:47, I like to play the B# and the D# quietly and specifically emphasize the high G#, A, and F#. Basically, just don't be afraid to add your own creativity based on what emotions you personally feel. One great tip I learned a long time ago is that for every piece, have an image and a feeling in mind that the piece reminds you of. Moonlight tends to be easy in this aspect because many people do see a moonlit night. But as the piece moves around, visualizing what makes the piece dynamic to you personally adds a lot. As I mentioned, for me, I see a stormy night. Great work overall!!

You are doing very well in your studies and the Moonlight Sonata is a very beautiful and beloved piece, playing with great loving care by you! Your sense of rhythm is perfect, pacing is excellent, and you placed proper weight on the notes. A wonderful performance! I am really looking forward to seeing what you learn in your second year!! :-) ~Jackie

This was pretty good, better than when I first played it (lol). 2 things I’d like to point out though was 1, maybe you can play the song a little quieter (I don’t wanna say piano because it might be confusing) just to add to the feeling of sadness behind this piece. The 2nd thing is that left wrist, it seems sorta stiff, I’d recommend making it more loose, it makes hitting the notes and octaves a bit easier, even though there isn’t much left hand in this piece, I still think it could be important. Other than those 2, you really did this awesomely, you should keep it up, to in time you’ll definitely pick up the 3rd mvt. I don’t believe it will take half as long as it took me to figure it out lol. Anyways long story short, keep it up, I can’t wait to see more. :)

I have a suggestion about visual effects =) instead of making a mask of our hands for each glowing key try to place a whole masked hands in top of the video. It will require some custom editing for each video, but that will not take a lot of time to do so, and i believe result will be greater, without that artifacts. So, may be layering video like that: Masked out layer with hands only Glowing keys layer Base video layer
