It amazes me how the hornet is not able to withstand this type of heat when it looks like it's built for it. 😮

here, it wasn't very impressive, but what usually happens is that bees will swarm the hornet, completely engulfing it within a nice bee ball. Then bees will use their wing muscles and will vibrate them to emit heat. Since hornets have a lower heat tolerance than bees, they end up cooked and die.
