You want to get picky, you can also note that it looks like he used the same cutting board for the raw and cooked chicken. In short, looks like a good recipe, but don't follow his kitchen practices.

shock top is made by Anheuser-Busch, they came out with it after orange wheat craft beers started becoming popular, it's made with the same low cost ingredients as the rest of AB's macro beers. Hop extract, flavor extract.

I grilled a t-bone once, seasoned with a some salt, pepper, oregano, and then while it was on the grill a splash of berry Weiss to add more moisture. An indoor variation is to butcher the chicken, put it in a baking dish, pour in your beer, and then put your baking dish into a brown paper bag. It works kind of like foil by trapping in moisture, but it is permiable so it traps in the right amount of moisture as it very slowly is escapes the bag. It works with pies as well.

Here in the UK , it's generally considered very unhygienic to wash a chicken, the water can splash and spread contamination all over the place.

Lentz Dejean I don't agree because you end up cooking your chicken in a high heat oven for close to an hour theirs nothing in that chicken that can harm you after its fully cooked, washing your chicken does nothing but spread more bacteria all over your kitchen area

The liquid in the can does not boil and adds no flavor to the bird. Just follow the recipe and use a vertical wire roasting rack. The bird will come out just as good in terms of flavor and better cooked by way of the air getting inside the chicken. :)

In this case Barley. And it doesn't contain the pressure gas as normal beer, but has less CO2.. Yet I'd love to try it, And I'm a fan :D And I'd love to try this.
