Beer Battered Shrimp Tacos
Ingredients:
2 lbs shrimp
cabbage
2 roma tomatoes
2 chiles serranos
1 red onion
cilantro
1 lime
mayo
sour cream
sriracha sauce
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 egg
beer
corn tortillas
oil to fry

You can always use a club soda. Or a sparkling water. You just need the bubbles to make the batter light and fluffy.
