Yes! The trick is keeping inventory available where the demand is!
Good to see a younger person raising their family on the ranch/farm. Best place in the world to grow up.
Erin, I started watching your channel shortly before Mike left. I did enjoy him but I think you are doing a great job being the spokesperson. This looks like real ranch life. You explain the circumstances you are in so that I understand what's happening. I'm wishing you both well.
My neighbor has been raising beef for 40 years. He processes on average 500 head a.year in quarters,.halves and wholes. All sold locally and pickup only. He takes orders 12 months in advance with 50% deposit required. All cash. He has a processing house. He also does farm eggs from an honor roadside stand.. Sells on average 100 dozen a week and most of us return the.cartons.to.him. In the summer we all share our.garden vegetables among neighbors and always drop him off.some fresh veggies when we.can. He is 84 and his wife is 86 and they have been married 65 years. We love our community.
Hey Erin! Another great video! Flat Iron is my favorite! ❤ You, Jeff and Kari are AWESOME! Thank You, Thank You! Until your next video ~~~ Stay safe, healthy and happy! 🐄🐃🐂
The Three Musketeers are kickin butt! Great idea doing quarters and halves. the content and narrating is freaking awesome! much better then before.
So glad that Jeff is back working with you. Yea!! Have people forgotten you were raised on this ranch? You definitely know how things are done.
You are a terrific narrator and a lovely hostess. Well done....
Hi Erin & kids,I so enjoyed this video.Thank you for sharing life on the ranch with us Erin.Have a great week end!❤👋 Jeff
Freeze warning! Please send it to Cheyenne and Northern Colorado. 90 sucks. Jeff and i are 62 and we both like the Dew. With that said, that is all we share. l hate the heat. He hates the Cold. I think the cold is much better. Fantastic video young lady.

I’ve said it before. I knew a guy in Big Sur California that looks like a long haired version of Jeff. He has an old faded blue VW bus with a peace sign on both sides with a few surf boards on a rack on the roof. He wore swim trunks a Grateful Dead T-shirt with the sleeves cut off and flip flops. True Story. Good to see you back Jeff. You guys are doing a great job and the meat looks awesome too. Stay safe. 🐂 🐓🫏🐖☮️🇺🇸
Erin, you are a great rancher and I appreciate you. Thanks for sharing this part of your story with all of us!

… you’re doing a great job! When your employees and businesses stay with you, I hope you realize you are doing something right! My best wishes for you and for Mike’s channel also.
Erin, I enjoy hearing about the farm and what you are doing. I have one complaint, though. For us older viewers, it would help if you would talk a bit slower. I'm having a hard time understanding what you are saying! I have this problem with most people who try to say too much in a short time! I think that you are doing a great job with the videos except for this one issue. Thanks for listening to this old lady! I love the channel!
I've been where you are, not the same profession, but grief. Grief is grief is grief. My observation: No "run on" statements, bright, but not fake, concise, and accurate. 😊 Having a beautiful, spirited lady rancher just fits the bill for home and your audience.
Hi Erin, it's great to see the herd together. They are looking really healthy and happy. Happy summer to you all!
Pastures are looking lush and green! Summer on the ranch is gorgeous!
I think Crackerjack is my favorite
Erin the ranch is looking great! Clean and organized! It seems to be functioning smoother also. Keep it up. I don't know how you juggle it all but you make it look easy.

That red escape artist is my new favorite. It was so funny watching her sprint to you after breaking the rules. Haha
Praying for more rain for you. Wisconsin has had its share, but it was overall a drier winter. I love the cooler weather, easier to sleep. Hope the rest of your animals are doing just as well as the cows. Blessings to you all!

In your spare time, lol. Drone shot of lay out of all the different pastures. Just a pic of chart of pastures?
Look into expandable roller conveyers. One could save backs, steps , time and money. In fact, if you get one - -you will probably want at least two. I picture using it from the tailgate to freezers when you load in from the processor. Queuing up empty boxes on it, to be filled then when you are loading out to the post office. I don't think I can post a link but you should be able to find them on the Internet.
In the 90's here I got my hay cut just in time so I would not be in the heat cutting and baling it will grow once the weather straightens up how fully it will be thick hay for you

great video Erin. Are you seeing many antelope in your pastures?
MFR. So Sturgiss is no longer the processor of choice. What´s the dif? Cost price or cuts? The new fence is looking great. Cheers. Jesus, that cake is something. Must taste like chocolate chip cookies (lmao).

Great way of getting cows home they just cant resist 'cake', just wondering regards the bulls are they both "polled"(no dishorning calves) enjoyed the video u seem up for the challenge best of luck
Home pasture looks to have quite a few prairie dogs holes. Are there more than normal after the dry winter or are they a problem every year?

Erin...........make some noise when you want them to follow......or just use a cow bell.......bucket ( thump on it ) . Train them to that noise. I milked cows....... rang the cow bell......fed the cows grain....... in the middle of the night / morning they came home by themselves ( unless the wind was in the wrong direction ) .
❤

That's where a cake feeder on your gator would really shine. You just simply turn the box on and run out however much cake you want on the ground and then you don't have to worry about two or three cows trying to hog it all for themselves
I was just wondering if Mike was giving anything for all the time and hard work you put in on that farm
