Erin, I started watching your channel shortly before Mike left. I did enjoy him but I think you are doing a great job being the spokesperson. This looks like real ranch life. You explain the circumstances you are in so that I understand what's happening. I'm wishing you both well.

My neighbor has been raising beef for 40 years. He processes on average 500 head a.year in quarters,.halves and wholes. All sold locally and pickup only. He takes orders 12 months in advance with 50% deposit required. All cash. He has a processing house. He also does farm eggs from an honor roadside stand.. Sells on average 100 dozen a week and most of us return the.cartons.to.him. In the summer we all share our.garden vegetables among neighbors and always drop him off.some fresh veggies when we.can. He is 84 and his wife is 86 and they have been married 65 years. We love our community.

I’ve said it before. I knew a guy in Big Sur California that looks like a long haired version of Jeff. He has an old faded blue VW bus with a peace sign on both sides with a few surf boards on a rack on the roof. He wore swim trunks a Grateful Dead T-shirt with the sleeves cut off and flip flops. True Story. Good to see you back Jeff. You guys are doing a great job and the meat looks awesome too. Stay safe. 🐂 🐓🫏🐖☮️🇺🇸

Look into expandable roller conveyers. One could save backs, steps , time and money. In fact, if you get one - -you will probably want at least two. I picture using it from the tailgate to freezers when you load in from the processor. Queuing up empty boxes on it, to be filled then when you are loading out to the post office. I don't think I can post a link but you should be able to find them on the Internet.

You are every farmers dream wife. You are beautiful and hard working. Love the channel now that it has lost the arrogance of a city guy turned rancher. Thanks for keeping the channel going and hope the kids are all doing good

Arrogance of a city guy turned rancher? Where do you think they met? They were both “city people“ before they took over the ranch from Gilbert.

The audio is fine on regular viewing. Perhaps if you used some sort of earphones it might help bring up the clarity and sound directly....just a thought. Viewing on a monitor is sometimes difficult.
