Ghee:250g

Water:4-5liters
Red chilli powder:2tbsp(mountain full)
Salt:1tbsp or to taste
Turmeric:½tbsp
Fennel seed:1½tbsp
Cardamom:5
Long pepper:2
Black cardamom:2
Nutmeg:¼piece
Mace:¼tbsp
Black pepper:½tbsp
Star anise:½piece (3 petal)
Ginger powder:½tbsp
Cinnamon:1inch 3pieces
Cumin:1tbsp
Wheat flour:½cup
Julienne cut ginger:for serving
Jalapeno:for serving
Lemon:for serving

بیف: ایک کلو
نلی والی ہڈیاں: آدھا کلو سے ایک کلو
گھی: ایک پاؤ
پیاز: ایک عدد
لہسن کا پیسٹ: ایک کھانے کا چمچ
تیز پتہ: 4عدد
سوکھا دھنیا ثابت: 2کھانے کے چمچ
پانی: چار سے پانچ لیٹر
پسی ہوئی لال مرچ: دو کھانے کے چمچ بھر کے
نمک: ایک کھانے کا چمچ
ہلدی: آدھی کھانے کا چمچ
سونف: ڈیڑھ کھانے کا چمچ
سبز الائچی: 5عدد
پپلی: 2عدد
کالی الائچی: 2عدد
جائفل: ایک چوتھائی ٹکڑا
جاوتری: ایک چوتھائی کھانے کا چمچ
ثابت کالی مرچ: آدھی کھانے کا چمچ
بادیان کا پھول: آدھا (3پتیاں)
سونڈ: آدھی کھانے کا چمچ
دار چینی: ایک انچ والے تین ٹکڑے
زیرہ: ایک کھانے کا چمچ
گندم کا آٹا: آدھا کپ
لمبائی میں کٹی ادرک: سرونگ کے لئے
موٹی والی مرچیں: سرونگ کے لئے
