BEEF & CHICKEN TIKKA BOTI BBQ | MOIST and TENDER

We made Pakistani BBQ with Traditional Pakistani Spices but served it with Middle Eastern Sides such as Humus, Sumac Onion, Toum, and Middle Eastern style pickled Olives
Spices for Tikka Marinade-
Chili Powder
Powdered Cumin
Powdered Coriander Seed
Black Pepper
Cinamon
Mace
Bay Leaf
Salt
Garlic Paste
Ginger Paste
Yogurt
Lemon Juice
4 tbsp Papaya Puree for beef (1 tbsp/ lb of meat)
1 tbsp Papaya Puree for Chicken (1/3 tbsp/ lb)
Weber Kettle Grill, Weber Master Kettle, Mesquite Charcoal, Lump Charcoal.
