Beef Broccoli
Steam:
300g Broccoli
Marinade:
-200g Beef Sirloin, cut into strips
-1 Tbsp soy sauce sauce
-1 Tbsp liquid seasoning
-1 Tbsp chinese cooking wine
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-pinch of black pepper powder
Sauce:
1 Tbsp cooking oil
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp minced ginger
1 Tbsp Light soy sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp oyster Sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp white sugar
1/3 size of beef bouillon cube
ground black pepper
1 cup water + 2 Tbsp cornstarch
*Beef - you can use beef tenderloin, or pork tenderloin.
