@@bolson42 i think it's the vertical layout of the 6 buttons, most 6 button controls like that use a horizontal layout or slightly angled. it's easier to stretch your thumb out slightly than to reposition your grip to press a button underneath your palm

Interesting thing about Xbox Controllers is that the original design came from the Sega Dreamcast controller. With the Xbox Duke Controller being the closest to the Dreamcast design before they started making them better and better.

dude i love the ps2 matrix game i used to use the cheatcodes on that game and just play it through so much fun

I'm in the same boat with Jerma to an extent. I have original hardware for ps2, gamecube, and wii but I will still choose pcsx2/aethersx2 and dolphin any day just because they are the better ways to play. When it comes to ps3, although rpcs3 is much better now, you still need somewhat of a beefy pc to play them with no issues at all. So playing on my ps3 is still my preferred way to play those games.

Arcade gun games uses the same engine because they don't want to buy powerful machine to use newer engine.. i think. And they're fun enough as it is, all they have to do is to improve on the genre.
