The All Saints Corner used to be a HSBC branch, blue shutters next door was a Barclays. I remember back in 2016 someone tried robbing Barclays with two grenades and I wish I was making that up!

Blud took offense

Building labelled All saints corner was a bank until not long ago. The problem in Bedworth is the shared council with Nuneaton charge the same business rates whether your shop is in Bedworth or Nuneaton! It’s a no brainer really why would anybody set up there?

It is a uninspiring centre to say the least. Much of it should be demolished, the 1960s/70s builds.. Coventry has at least made a great effort and is a lot better than what it was 10 years back trust me. Plan 2019 for Bedworth seems to have been abandoned. I hear a new one is being rolled out. Sure, it 's a town that grew up from mining, so there to make the mine owners wealthy , not a cultural hot spot, but it deserves better than that 60s and 70s dreck and that paving and that all saints corner sign sums it up !
