Your bedroom looks gorgeous. House renovations are not easy, especially when you already have a little one and you are pregnant. lol....it was a nightmare for me and my hubby when we bought our house and renovated it from topto bottom and there was only us and 2 kittens. Cannot wait to see how the rest of the house comes on xx

Sarah Jayne Anthony has done a great job on your bedroom . I love it cannot wait to see if finished. We have same bed as you it’s so comfy ours is super king so over hang of mattress was more notable but it gradually disappeared.

Of course I don’t mind. To be honest, we saw this house and just saw the potential straight away. There were a few things putting us off about the new build...space being one of them. We really felt that we could put our own stamp on this house xx

Hey. We didn’t find the energy rating of the room on its own. We know the energy rating of the house itself as it’s information you get when you buy a house. Hope that helps x
