Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Don't want to get out of bed? You DON"T have to!!! Turn your bed sheets into a maxi dress and wear your bed instead! This is an easy design that only uses one sheet and some cord but can easily be vamped up to suit your own style.

How sweet: brings back memories from many years ago. I made empire style dress with angel wings out of pink bed sheet. I was pregnant and needed something that fit and I felt as big as, well, you understand... I lived in the dress and loved it. Nice to see someone with the same, almost, idea. You look cute as a button in your new dress.

I made a beautiful 3 piece spring outfit with a set of full size bed sheets . I made a jacket, slacks, and a skirt. This was over 30 years ago . It was a good idea on how to recycle sheets, instead of tearing them up and making dust rags. The out fit was very comfortable .

I too, sew with sheets all the time, is a thrifty way to get a lot of fabric. Usually I make "house dresses" with them. I never could fully understand the process for an easy Maxi dress. But this video helped me so much !! Now I know what I am doing today !! Bonus points for giving simple, easy ideas of how to change the look !!

Great job on this dress idea!! If anyone is in need of a simple white dress for a summer or beach wedding this is it!! all you need to do is add accessories and its cheap and you can dye it after if you don't want to keep it white....Wish I had thought of that when I needed a quick simple dress!! Thanks for posting just might do this!!

When you have been sewing for a little bit you just see fabric and not necessarily a sheet. People make dresses and skirts from pillowcases and skirts from t-shirts, use table cloths as curtains, shower curtains as window curtains and more- it is all in how you see the "fabric". Back in the day people made dolls from socks and doll clothing from socks, too. :)
