As a 20 year old middle eastern woman I'd like to kindly point out a fact I know to be true. It's true that having sexual interactions with the opposite gender is off the table for most of us because of personal values, however women do experience the beautiful sensual energy that Alexis talked about in the video. I personally never watched porn or had access to inappropriate media for my age as a teenage girl but I could feel the sensual energy moving throughout my body. My mom personally talked to me about this and enrolled my name in sports classes and dance classes. I also do a lot of yoga to channel this energy in a different way. The truth is we're human too! I know other teenagers also experience this... I felt like this needed to be said because I don't want anyone to feel alone or broken for experiencing sth so beautiful and divine! If men can use this energy to grow, you can too! Love you guys!💙

I'm at 25 year old Nigerian-American, child of immigrants and I've recently realized that both of my cultures do not respect women and degrade them. I used to think it was because the British colonized nigeria but alot of Nigerian tribes like Edo people have always been patriarchal and mistreated women. In fact, Christian missionaries saw this and targeted women to convert them to western ideals. I've had an extremely difficult time finding my worth and self respect bc of my upbringing but like you said that is the past and i have been doing inner work for years! These are deep wounds we are healing, we must be patient with ourselves on this journey. I am now realizing my power! I feel my reality shifting already!! I like how you advise to look to other cultures who do protect and cherish women! I will definitely visit Dubai one day ✨️ thank you for the wealth of knowledge you share!! You are making the world a better place ❤️

Oh my goodnessssss, I came across this video and was like wait they made another video??!??? And you guys diddddddd I’m so excited to watch. I will be taking my notes. I just want to say I love you girls together 🫶🏽🫶🏽🤍 I’m 19 years old and I just recently came across your channel and I’m honestly blown away by how much I’ve grown. Thank you for being my older sisters to help me and guide me on this journey of life❤️❤️❤️ Hey, so I just finish the video and my eyes are wide open. I can’t wait to experience all the amazing things talked about in this video. I will say that I’ve given my body away and I’m glad that I’m learning this now rather than when I’m too deep into the social norms of western culture. In your opinion what is the solution if I’ve already experienced other humans? Inner work comes to mind but what can I ask myself? How can I break off their energetic connection to me? How can I let go of them and heal for my future husband?

Hi girl, I'm so glad to see there are other women who have given their body away and are learning to shift away from that ❤ I've also given my body away and I feel so guilty, I know this guilt does not serve me and I am learning to let go of it but it has been so hard. How do you personally handle it?

  • @adriannalewis8106

@@leslieshari I have faced guilt as well. I feel ashamed at times that I allowed others to influence my decisions and throw me off my path. I guess a way I’ve dealt with it is knowing that I needed those experiences to happen. In order for me to be where I’m at in life now those experiences were necessary. I try to keep in mind and be grateful that it happened rather than shame myself for allowing it. The most important thing now is that you’re here. And you want to break free from limitations and hardships. And I told myself the other day that, I’m too deep into this journey already. There’s no way for me to go back, I’m in it, I’m living through it and God will continue to help me build. I hope this helped🫶🏽🫶🏽

I am at 46:14 min into the video and when I tell you I BUSTED out crying learning that hajab actually is for protection of women, and how in eastern culture men protect women so intensely that male family members commit su*cide if a female family member is r*ped, I could not contain my tears, I did not know this was a trigger for me since this has never happened to me, but about 50% of the women I know have beeen SA. There is so so much I want to say but this paragraph would be forever long. I feel SO unprotected in America from men, and I do believe it's because our society is SO SO s*xualized. I feel so lied to about women in hajab and believed the propaganda that they were dis-Empowered, and listening to this I know WISH I grew up in culture with hajab. I realize I have liked modest clothes but the spirt of competition in America you have to be the most s*xy & beautiful to land a decent man and now I see how BS that is!! I feel so bamboozled right now it's crazy. I have not cried the way I just did in a very long time. I am so thankful yall are having this discussion 🙏🏾

Thank you both so much for sharing this perspective. I’m currently evolving out of hook up culture after waking up to the reality of it and content like this helps me to remember why I’m doing it. The note you mentioned, Alexis, of having healthy relationships to model is one of my biggest challenges. I’ve done a lot of work to connect to energetic positive examples since there’s no one in my life who models a healthy marriage. For a while, I was relying on my sister as that but recently found out that her husband threatened to end their marriage after being with a one week old newborn because of a disagreement that challenged his boundaries. Just when I was starting to have hope, I’m again struggling to trust men in the western world. Please keep sharing this message and content. Healthy love does exist and it’s about doing the inner work ❤️

  • @hannahstriker

You are somehow "struggling" to trust men in the western world, even though you willingly participated in "hookup culture" through your own volition? It is not as if you were personally taken advantage of, if anything. You also may not be fully aware in regards to the actual machinations of your sister's marriage either(whether she severely violated her partner's boundaries). Something tells me you still need a lot of healing to do, in order to fully accept responsibility for your own decisions and failures and eventually find happiness.

  • @rubbersoap

    @rubbersoap

    4 ай бұрын

@@hannahstriker To clarify your assumption, I didn’t feel like hook up culture was completely of my own volition. My culture of origin is similar to Persian culture so I mentally, emotionally and spiritually have never been aligned to hook up culture. I decided to give online dating a try and felt unprepared for the level of manipulation I experienced when I was just reaching for genuine connection. I’ve been doing work to understand and process my experience which is why I watch videos like this and participate in seemingly safe and conscious communities like this. It would be wise to inquire deeper on what someone means and where they are coming from before hurling unsolicited advice at them. Comments like yours breed a culture of driving people into isolation of their experiences. Turn your own advice onto yourself, seems like you need it the most.

I am south east asian. Many marriages here stay longer because women sacrifices a lot. I am not being negative, but it's something I have seen around me and there are dowry issues as well. Also a divorced women tends to get shamed & unemployed( cuz mostly she depends on men as sole provider) which scares her and forces her to stay even in abusive marriages (now it is changing a lot). I am not saying that it is sole reason for the long marriages. obviously true love and successful marriages are there. every culture has its own pros and cons. And i love to visit dubai. Cuz i heard that It has a perfect mixture of eastern and western culture. Sometimes balance is better than being one extreme. Women and men has enough freedom comparatively and also boundaries. ❤

I absolutely love this video❤️ What if I gave my body away (no ONS, only past relationships😅) a long time before my inner work journey? My limiting belief is that I cant have this beautiful sacred divine energy anymore because of that fact.

Alexis or Mina, this would mean a lot if you can answer to this question. What can you say to women who already had encounters but feel regret about not having saved themselves? This regret goes beyond just a typical regret, Idk if you would understand. I think exactly the same way as you both do. But the difference is that I never had the correct education, nor was I in the correct cultural environment, nor had the inner wisdom before doing what I did. Is there anything else beside saying not to do that again from now on before marriage? I understand you are spreading the word for girls who are still vrgins, but I dare to assume that the majority of your current viewers are not.

I don't know if that assumption is accurate, Alexis has said a good majority of her viewers and coaching clients are from the middle east, where these values are still in tact. Another portion of her viewers are spiritual and grew up in Christianity or other religions that preach these values and therefore, have been saving themselves. In regards to your question, I think it's important to forgive yourself, ask God for forgiveness but also recognize that even though you may not have realized it, there were certain thought processes or low self esteem stemming from trauma that led you to make those decisions. We all have made mistakes in relationships or friendships that results from some sort of bad programming we picked up from our family, culture, or society and when you realize that is what led you to make those mistakes, you can change those beliefs, choose new beliefs, and heal and move forward. As far as the scientific aspect, there is nothing that can be done if you slept with multiple men and their DNA is in your brain. I would say pray that God heal that aspect of yourself since He is really the only one who could do that. Other than that, it's about inner work, rewiring your brain with new beliefs, choosing NOT to follow the crowd when it comes to negative beliefs, patterns and habits.

It is absolutely possible to heal and release after encounters, it is done through inner work ♥️ Cord cutting activities, journaling, praying, emotional releases. I have a ton of these inner work activities in the “Master Your Feminine Energy” course for you

When you make the wrong choices in any area of your life, you adjust and take the correct path. It's a choice to remain in a state of regret. You and no one else need to pay for a class to figure this out. Our lives are full of wrong choices we made out of willingness and ignorance. How much time will you spend on regret of all your mistakes?

@@Liz-ic6jb Is not that I dont know this. Of course this is what I always do, move on or dont even allow myself to regret. I am pretty good at that in all areas of my life. And its not that I constantly feel regret with this, everytime Im in my lows this is the one thing that I cant get over. I know that eventually I will. But thats how precious and important it is for women who have this as a core value. For me, this is the most important value, the foundational(only if you are a woman). So my core value and my (already committed) actions are incongruent and cant do anything about it. Just change my value or be ok with carrying this with me forever. Maybe you dont deal with this incongruency cause you dont even have this as a value, and thats respectable too, but I do and its not easy to move on on this one. Easy to say. But did you know that? Almost all psychological problems in women are rooted in se*ual issues. So yes, I do need a course or go to a professional to get over with this issue, itll probabably not be enough with @awwlexis course for this one. She is incredible, literally incredible. But I dont know if she will be able to help me on this one cause she might wont understand this fully. Hope Im wrong. But everytime she says that she is saving herself, I cant help but feel pain. Bc it reminds me of my past. Not helping. Absolutely love and respect she is like that, hope she continues like that, and I know she does it for the girls that still have the oportunity to follow her path and to raise her value, but I just dont feel good for myself.
