Mam ye NNAS and CNO ki report lagana compulsory hai kya because aise toh NNAS ki 2 bar report lagani padegi Ek admission ke time and second course complete hone ke Baad Phir se yahi process karna hoga

Hi mam I had got 40 competencies from cno .i had done personal support worker program which includes 250 clinical hours here in Canada would it be beneficial to remove competencies for writing RN or I had to do another course
