Comer has a unique gift to inject a keen sense of intellect into a vibrant and extremely pragmatic and applicable sermon. It’s monumental invaluable to listen to the whole sermon. For those short in time here are the 4 key takeaways: 1. Relax. Take things slow like Jesus did 2. Take a sabbath. A time to relax 3. Fellowship 4. Contemplative prayer 5. Freedom. By not having an attitude that life has to go a certain way. Christians can take all things good and bad and it wont affect our peace and joy.

At 13:17 to 13:23 he says the "world is in need for followers of Jesus, and others" what does he mean by "others"? Like other saviors? I don't get it

No, I think he meant even people who don't follow Jesus (yet) can be a "non-anxious presence" in the world - at least that was my take on it.

Possible he meant like that. But I am not really agreeing with him at that point if so, since real peace comes from God alone, from Jesus, from The Holy Spirit's Presence. @@namimoorecounty1296
