I think the best scaling for powers would be one skill tree per jutsu power and intrusive sub classes so this way people can’t have all type of Justus available at once. Maybe something similar to old lineage 2 skill trees. And maybe make some crazy ass hard quest that allows you to mix 2 different kg or kg with eye Justus. So I’m other words if you pick fire style, that what you stick to and cN evolve it to let’s say lava or similar, but if you want to play for water style you just add it as a sub class and level it up as a separate job/skill tree and for the eyes there could be a quest where you can add it whatever you maraud have. So let’s say you decided to stick to fire style and want sharingan. You have to do some type of hard/long quest and you get to add it on but you can only have 2 different styles at the same time and one of them has to be one of the original releases or you can have a fire release and instead of eye do jutsu maybe you want to add healing or have two releases like water and wind and it could be evolved to wood release. This way I think it would be more balanced. Also have different weapon trees like in ESO kunais/swords/2h weapons/ ranged weapons like shuriken/needles/bow make summoning available to everyone but also has to be very long quest and ofcourse level restricted tailed spirits as jinchurikis I think would be nice as a world boss mechanic and they drop moves let’s say or each villages Hokage could be a jinchuriki and you can learn moves only from your villages Hokage and it would cost some rare ass resources and only high lvls sanins can learn em but definitely not let players be full blown jinchurikis because running around 108 nine tails would break immersion for me ofcourse IMHO

I have so many ideas lol I’d pay money just to be allowed to work on naruto game lol truly in my heart I wonder why they didn’t make a naruto open world game yet. One piece got it, FOTNS got it, attack on titans kinda of has it even 7 deadly getting one. Honestly I’d would’ve even love a JRPG naruto based game something similar to fairy tales game they had not too long ago. I’d would finesse skill tree system and balance among classes and skills

The fights is getting more realistic like you can't defeat many people by yourself that easy. Nice work!

I fw this! I wish they took a more Role Play approach when creating your character. Like you pick your clan(& Kekkei Genkai) your first two chakra natures and which nation your from and as you progress through the game from chunin to joinin you can gain chakra natures and more justu and only reach all five at upper jonin/kage level. And having option to leave your nation and being a bandit would be dope too.

Yeah, this game looks pretty good, and if the skills are set up in growth trees with unlock conditions, it would be lore accurate and nice to progress through.

Add bloodlines feature, that way only certain players with a type of bloodline can only access unique abilities or skills like Byakugan. This way not all players can use Byakugan. Great work btw and goodluck!

Plus there is the Boruto stuff and once that's over then he will possibly add all of that in it too. It is sad that game companies can do this exact thing in faster time, but won't because money and the higher ups and they never think to do it this way because of what worked for them. Cash cows.

I don't even play video games, but this is about to be one of the greatest games ever made!! And that's without a big production studio and team.

restrictions are never a fun thing to have the average casual player which is the target demograph for any large scale game needs to have things to work towards and be satisfying to obtain, restrictions to this audience would mean the game will never grow rapidly but instead decay and fade out over time when something new comes along that allows them to do what restriction on one game did not allow them to do etc you have to ask what type of game you want this to be first before imposing any restrictions like if this were to be pvp focused then yea giving your average joe like the super abilities that are so broken will lead to chaos and dissent an then force players to abandon the game due to griefing and trolling. but if this is to be rpg heavy than there is no harm in allowing players the freedom to customize to their hearts content and go ham with it. but if we are talking strictly lore based then yes there are limits to what average shinobi can do as confirmed most jonin level shinobi can use 2-3 chakra natures meaning they can use a variety of water,fire,earth,wind, lightning elemented ninjutsu. then you have specialist disciplines where a ninja might fight alongside a summoning animal or use martial arts/taijustu, or specialize in ninja tools. and then there is genjustu which comes in all different forms ones which create illusions, hypnotize, paralyze, or warp reality. as for clans those fall under the kekki genkai which are inherited traits such as sharingan, byakugan, shadow possesion, expansion jutsu, abarame insect manipulation, or a combined element which forms a unique power such as tsuchikage's partical style, mizukage's lava style, raikage's black ligtning and so on and so fourth

might point being ofc that if you want to impose restrictions you should use the already established lore as a guide to determine what would be fair and equal and if you want clans to play a role or not or for doujustu occular powers to be cosmetic only or be legitimate mechanics ingame. the best way in my opinion to go about this is not to restrict the amount of ninjutsu,taijustu, ninja tool justu, or genjutsu some one can pick up learn but to allow the player to get a sense of that they are no god of shinobi or overpowered monster like the main cast of naruto but more of a kakashi tier shinobi thats brilliant in their own right without hacks etc. so they could right off the bat let you choose three elements to master and if you want to master a fourth then you have to overcome a strict challenge for that to obtain the power etc so that way it feels earned and not cheesed. and if the game developer chooses to allow free use of kekki genkai then they can limit its uses like make it have cooldowns on said things so they cant be spammed this would fit in with the lore as well cause non clan members using kekki genkai do suffer from prolonged use and exposure. hence why non uchiha like kakashi and danzo suffered heavy handicaps from using the sharingan when not being of uchiha blood.

because games that would fit the genre of this or similar to doing what we want is already a cornered market to say the least... you get the Turn-based Active styles of WoW and FFXIV which is good for avoiding massive latency issues, but most of us want active battle so that would require things like BnS when it was still optimized before the new owners forgot to do proper maintenance on stability latency and well its just badly optimized... then there is also PSO 2 which also has their old and the newer battle system to be honest new genesis style play would be more ideal for a Naruto setting just for the mobility and so on... as for Shinobi Striker is good for a fighting game, but for PVE its nowhere near to good enough also too small a pool of techniques in terms of if you plan to do some major missions or have some level of versatility...

@@mag217 NOT BETHESDA! Do you want combat to be just slapping a paperdoll until it rolls over?? Just complete damage sponges? They don't even make RPG's anymore, it's poor action games with dialogue on the side. They'd have you join Akatsuki and in 2 missions you become the de facto leader. All while you're already a Kage, and member of the Allied Shinobi Forces. Not to mention they'd release a buggy mess, we'd have to rely on modders to salvage what they can, all while Bethesda fumble refunds which breach refunders personal security by leaking their full name, birthdate, address, bank etc. How do we know this? Because *they've* *already* *done* *this.* Don't give them money, they haven't been a good company in over 10 years.

It's just that if they had the budget, time, and fervor of a leader pushing them to surpass the expectations of sceptics I think fans of the franchise could get something amazing. Who produced the Infamous series? They do well, but the games feel hollow and empty just covered up by flashy animations. I want a game that has parkour better than mirrors edge, combat better than Tekken, ability usage better than bioshock, cutscenes and environments better than final fantasy, dialogue sequences better than alpha protocol or mass effect. 300M and 10 years could do it, I think. What's your opinion on the subject?

If they want to make a great game, they should not give you the choice of the Sharingan, but you have to gain it from training and also some dress like the Jounin dress. You must first pass the test in order to get that kind of dress in this way. The game will also be more beautiful. Adding exams and ninja degrees will make the game wonderful, for example, the beginners The Genin, then you will pass the test for the Chunin and pass an exam for the Jonin also we have Anbu and and also develop your character a lot in order to reach higher ranks than that like Sanin and hokagi and last rank legendary shinobie

correct without the developer obtaining a paton, and licensing rights from the studios he borrowed these assets from the game will get shutdown immediately, in order for a game like this to become published it would first need the proper steps taken to ensure that everything in use is not trademarked in any way, shape, or form. this developer would need to negotiate a terms of agreement with the companies and the publishers on the extent to which the developer can do with this game which may not be very much unfortunately the japanese dont take kindly to non japanese work ethics and would kindly ask this developer to cease and desist or if the developer of this game can get ahold of someone with a voice within said companies they can argue his point for him and suggest measures in which the game can be presented either way tho it would suck majorly for the developer and his creative vision would be greatly hampered by corporate strong arming :/ the only good outcome for them would be to be offered a job position by bandainamco and its partners where they can over see and manage their project with a team of proffessionals which is probably not what they wanted to do with their creative vision for this game sadly

There's a roblox game called "shindo life" or sum that used to be basically naruto but roblox edition but they had to shut down the game or something due to legal reasons but it came back with less skins but everything else was there but they had to change the names of alot of things I think the game is still running after around 2 years now

If you could pass the problems I see in this game to the dev it would be awesome: First off making the game a little harder, for example the chakra nature should be random at first when creating character, same for the village and depending on the village you get you have the chance to be in one of those villages clan. And of course everyone would want the sharingan and rinnegan, but that would be op, one solution is to make them almost impossible to get so most people would be getting normal kekkei genkais to make the game fair for everyone and enjoyable. For those who are eager to try sharingan or rinnegan there could be a story mode where you are able to get them but it would be offline. Thank you for reading.

perhaps it could be like reach lvl 100 with a fodder-type character in your first run then you unlock kekkei genkais on your second run. bring that character to lvl 100 and you get basic huchihas and hyugas on your 3rd run. 4rth run? jinchurikis and op huchihas. you could have all your created character and play multiplayer with different your different build that could be called tier.

Bruh I have wanted an open world rpg in the Naruto universe for so damn long!! Like a Bethesda skyrim but naruto. Let me make my character, choose what clan I want to be born into, my Chakra nature, etc. With a good story. Perfect time right now as well bc I think the best time period to do a game like that would be right after the 4th great ninja war. Like the time of the last move. Would have most of our favorite characters still, you could make the excuse for being an Uchiha or the back story that you are a refuge from the war that came to the leaf. Family was Uchihas that left the clan many years ago so you were not killed and was hidden from you. So you had no idea only reason you found out was bc your parents died or something during the war that triggered your sharingan so that would be part of your story as an Uchiha. Idk just so much you could do. And have been thinking about it for a long time obviously lol.

seeing a game like this is kinda crazy to me, like 10-12 years ago all fan-made games were on sites likes BYOND w/ graphics that wouldn’t even compare to this. im just amazed at this dude hope it goes far

If he/she actually gets this game on all platforms completed with cross platform and local multiplayer then he/she gonna be a millionaire. But I think it needs the ability to gain attack speed and extra chakra through training plus maybe movement speed and team buff jutsu.

The game looks great, I just hope there is a power scaling or I can imagine it’ll be annoying to play with others. Also very unrealistic to the Naruto world, everyone will just build broke ass characters with a bunch of clan exclusive jutsu.

man this is cool i think he should add a lock on button to lock onto enemies just like dark souls and also deflecting and blocking attacks and rolling and muiltiplayer also add trainning for new skills and maybe weapons to buy from the shop and potions for every status

Bandai already confirmed they know how to make a good open world RPG with Elden Ring. They’re just choosing not to make the Open World Naruto or Boruto RPG

Bandai namco arent game developers. They're producers so they provide funding and resources to the development studios in exchange for a cut of the revenue and a say in how the game is developed.

Imagine private servers with this, perfect roleplay scenarios, you could even recreate naruto with your friends, so that the map locations are properly used, and its probably not gonna be added (since its a fighting game more than a roleplay game) but if there are kid models we could make it soo realistic and dynamic. Imagine having your own sensei, going after outlaws, meeting hokage, etc, so it already looks very good
