You've really helped me I've been trying to work on myself and reading self help books but my friends discourage me alot, but how I'm I supposed to figure anything out if I just sit and wait. When I sometimes feel like crying I tell myself 'big girls don't cry' then I always end up bottling my feelings up. And I'm scared of letting go of some people because the Bible says forgive but they keep on hurting me and I just don't know what to do 😢
