Such a tremendous series of videos, and a great episode.
A great short film! I can hardly believe how the Austrian guide scene has been so slow to accept female guides. Disclosure: I'm a British man who has always loved skiing and climbing in Austria, my favourite Alpine destination (including the Dolomites, esp Sud Tirol). When I have partnered with female guides, I have always appreciated their interest and concern for their client's experience on the day - in short, empathy. So I'm surprised to learn how little female guides are represented in the Austrian guiding scene. But that's just me, I guess...
