Van der Sars performance was much more clutch and overall more important in this game than Rooneys. If he didn’t save those few chances in first half it could’ve easily be 4:0 on halftime

Paddy Crerand is an absolute legend at Utd he was United's midfield General and was part of the side that won the European Cup at Wembley in 1968 ( I know because I was in the crowd ) .
