Looks soooo delicious! I have a suggestion, try rubbing some of the mustard on the fish before you season and then fry it’s yummy 🤤

I was caught off guard by the ketchup as well. Thought it might have been for a 5 year old.

Now that took me back to my childhood, minus the brown liquor ☺️

I love ALL the condiments! and yes, hot sauce with ketchup with fish.

Substitute that ketchup for tartar sauce and BOOM!!
