Retinol should be used after 35 .. before that it's not advisable and might irritate or harm your skin, also no the darker/brighter lipstick shades does not make you look like a different person you will still look like yourself, i don't like nude shades on me i mostly use Shades of Red, Orange and Brown❤ . But i really appreciate that she explained everything quite well 👍😊
