I'm 68 years old. Trapping all my life. You are a very fine trapper. You are quick, waste very little time making your sets and absolutely know where to make those sets. I learned from older cousins, my father who started trapping in 1923 and father's of friends of mine. I also learned from books written by trappers who also sold lures. Keep sharing your videos. I have never trapped but wanted to start trapping this year so I started researching. I watched most if not all of your beaver trapping videos. It gave me the confidence to get out and give it a try. I went and bought 5 --330's. New Years Eve- I set 5 traps, checked the next day and caught 3 beavers! I love your videos! Thank you so much for the education! I set again 2 more times and caught 4 more. 7 total. I have cooked up a couple batches in the slow cooker. Froze the rest. Its great meat. Made pulled pork sandwiches out of the left overs the first time and the second time I made SOS- Chipped beaver on toast :o) Thanks again!------------ Kathleen from Alaska

I caught my first two beavers this last week. 35 pounder and a 61 pounder. Wanted to thank you for all your content. I was using your sets and advice to get it done. Love my 330s and I'm looking forward to more. I hadn't had much luck, but walking up on that first beaver surely brought up a lot of emotions.

I would be happy if there were people like you in Germany. as a forest owner i'm going insane here in germany because beavers are not allowed to be hunted and all trees are allowed to be destroyed without any enemy. we don't have wolves or coyotes here either and there are more beavers every day

I just wanted to tell you that I started watching your videos about a year ago and I finally got the nerve to try it out for myself. You've taught me so much and this morning I pulled out a 75 lb beaver. The 4th one I've caught and I owe it all to you!!

For your stakes do you just find and make them onsite? Hardwood or softwood?
