I think that the reason why some of us get unsubscribed is because of KZread's new format. I have accidentally unsubscribed myself because I meant to go to a channel and subscribe and unsubscribed are at the top on the right hand side. KZread should put it in the middle between notifications and subscribed. Sometimes I've pressed the button so quick that I put dislike instead of like but it's because I liked the video so much and was so excited Lol ☺️ I'm always checking that I'm subscribed because I like to support the channels in any way I can. I've thought about becoming a KZreadr but I'm just so shy, it's my Virgo moon Lol I love your down to earth personality personality and really enjoy your videos! 🤗❤️

Speaking of obsessions Laura (I don’t use that word often either🤣), I have become obsessed with the Daniel Sandler watercolor blushes - which I ordered after seeing one of your recent videos. When you said your mom liked it I knew it must work well for mature women. I haven’t been this impressed with a blush ever. Thank you!

I love Laura Geller powder foundation, primer, blushes and highlighters. Everything stays on all day.

I have been using the Kiehls eye cream for at least 10 years and it is hands down the BEST!! I can not be without it! It plays well with all concealers and makeup and stays hydrated all day! Thanks Laura for yet another great video!

I put castor oil on after I finish my evening facial routine. At 70 years old I cannot believe how great my skin looks since I started using it. The Blumene Face Pro is a winner too.

Hello Laura, This is one of the things I love about your channel. You find, test & talk about products others are letting fly by. You test so many products, which gives us the opportunity to make better choices when we are looking for that specific product. Know you're very much appreciated. I have been enjoying the Revlon Illuminance foundation, also many of Elfs products. I still enjoy Milanis Plumbing gloss & enjoy the saving over Buxum.

If you like those Carmindy eyeshadow trios you should try the ones from Palladio! The come in identical format, incredible quality and 1/3 the price of the Carmindy. I personally think they are BETTER! ❤️

So grateful the YT algorithm recommended a short of yours and I happily found ur channel to sub. Your whole approach to showing the makeup after a day of wear and the no nonsense review of products giving good/not so good is so refreshing and truly appreciated. Now that I’ve hit 50 my whole way of watching YT is different and it’s great to have trustworthy creators who enjoy makeup and helping others create such high quality vids as yours. I’ve always been high end makeup but have seen how drugstore is really coming out with great things. So I will Enjoy looking up some of these recs!

Anything Milani is right up my alley, I'm buying that as theres no sparkle! Gorgeous! I'm going for the Essence too! You and I have exactly the same eye shape. I used to buy Carmindy all the time from HSN! I didn't know she was still around! I'm glad she is. I personally LOVE orange eyeshadow! It sounds like a clown. But it makes my hazel eyes so light green! So lovely! One caveat, it has to be a matte orange. The best I've found is LA Colors! I get it at Dollar General! I use a LOT of LA Colors. They really make beautiful colors. The brightening of the inner eye is so, so important! It makes our eye shape look so bright 🔆 I love that lip color by Mario on you! It's not for me. I have to use balm. "Wow that nude looks great on you" I said it! Because it's true! I love your short videos. That Linage is absolutely breathtaking on you. It beats everything as far as color. I don't like peach at all, I'm too blue. I finally broke down and bought City Beauty lip plumper?! I'm not really impressed. But that could just me. The best I've found in undercover for the eye is...Doll 10. The older formula was (is) the best! I'm still searching all over for the older formula. The bomb! I don't know why she changed it. My favorite hair anything is Kenra #25 again, the best on the market! It truly is the best for fine hair. 😊 Sorry so long.

Elf makes some very very nice brushes , and I ise there purple 💜 tubing mascara and blue one Milani has Super nice and physicians formula for fair skinned women ❤

and I have tried so many of our large chemists to find that Elf Camo blush in Pinky Promise but of all the colours, that one is sold out everywhere. I'll have to buy it online I guess. It's a beautiful colour.

I love the Colourpop That’s Taupe eyeshadow palette. The shades are all usable. Mattes, shimmers- perfect! Not expensive at all .

I have green eyes so I love muted purples, greens, and peaches for eyeshadow. I have a question about the foundation. Estée Lauder Double Wear is very drying on me. Is the Catrice the same type of matte foundation? I have normal to dry skin and I’m 62. Don’t want anything that makes me look older but I wonder what foundation you think is best for mature skin.

Check out the elf flawless finish foundation I have similar skin type as you and this work for me. I also started leaving my moisturizer on a bit longer. It is only $6.00 so not a lot if you don't like it. Good luck.

I have hooded eyes so I always put a bright shade on my lid like light pink and a dark shade on my lid medium brown shade or any dark shade depending on what's is on my lid. 😊❤

Having silver gray hair at 68, I lean towards grays & violet shades in shadows, pinks & berries in lipsticks and different shades of pinks in blushes. But I like to try different shades in items if they appeal. Sometimes they work, sometimes it's why did you buy that, lol.

Your lips are always gorgeous! As I have gotten older, my lips have absolutely no color. I use mostly nudes and brighter, subdued colors on my lips. I do love balms and glosses over matte lipsticks.

The Almay blush is fantastic. It rivals high-end. I was skeptical but can confirm its beautiful. The Loreal Age Perfect foundation is beautiful on mature skin if anyone wonders.

Laura, you are a ray of sunshine! I I just love your videos. I love the Makeup By Mario lipstick on you. It definitely doesn't wash you out. My latest obsession is the Too Faced Natural Eyes Neutral palette. The colors are perfect for my brown eyes. It lasts all day with almost no fallout. I also use the Kiehls avocado eye cream. It's an amazing product. Thank you for sharing your obsessions. ❤😊

Still trying to find a matte olive shadow!

I really prefer the Evergreen over an earlier video we use navy. It really works with your skin and tone in my opinion so much better. I used to use Alma mascara because I lived in a small town and mostly it was what I could find but it was pretty good.

Laura you look amazing with your hair up!! Love it. Also, what primer do you use. Your skin looks so SMOOTH. I use the Catrice HD and love it but definitely not a smooth look like you. Thanks for another great review.

Great video Laura! And I think you looked extra beautiful today. I noticed you had L'oreal true match foundation in the same shade as I wear, what shade do you wear in the Catrice?

A little tip for the Big Sexy Hair hairspray - when I get ready to spray, I turn on my hot water. When I’m finished, run the nozzle under, shake excess off and pop the lid back on. Your nozzle will never get clogged!

Love the Kiehls avocado, I use it every night.

Oh I LOVE KEIHLS! they are pricey, but their products are fantastic ! I had gotten a sample of a Keihls eye cream in a Macy’s beauty box subscription . It was a tiny tube, white with yellow lettering, but I don’t know what it was called. Unfortunately, I finished the tube and threw it away .. I don’t think it’s the product that you have.. It felt so good for my dry under eyes .. worth every penny.. I’m currently using their face moisturizer prior to make up and that is beautiful again on my dry skin …

A few of my favorites are the About Face performer foundation. It's 20.00 , so a pretty good price. I love the way it looks on my skin. My favorite eyeshadow is It Cosmetics Naturally Pretty Essentials pallette. Very soft colors and very mature friendly. Love the Catrice color corrector also.

It's a very skin like and natural finish and it last all day. It does have a big doe foot applicator which I don't mind. I have really been enjoying it.

Laura, what foundation do you think would be best for me to try on my dry skin? I only have dryness in between my eyes and on my nose but no where else. 🤷‍♀️ I use good skin care and moisturizer before I apply my makeup but I’m still having problems with dryness in those two areas. I might need to add Vitamin C to my skin care regimen or maybe take a certain supplement specifically to help my skin? Any suggestions would be so appreciated by you or anyone else here! I have no idea how to correct this? Thank you so much for all you share with us! Your channel is one of my most favorite ones on YT! ❤❤❤
