This made me tear up a little. I’m half Persian and my dad never really taught me Farsi or about our culture. Even though I couldn’t understand the song, the beauty of dance is a universal language and it made me feel so much pride and connection to who I am❤️

As a persian myself, I love our food,dance basically our culture. I hope that someday our Iran will be great agian, And the beautiful women of our country get to sing and dance again .

Yes I wish this was taught in the West. I would learn this type of dancing . Sadly in Australia we don't have a whole lot of culture. I also want to learn Russian Gypsy dance .

Quelle grâce et quelle sensibilité, c'est première fois de ma vie que je vois une dance iranienne, le gestuel de la danseuse est en parfaite harmonie avec la note musicale douce, il y'a comme un mélange asiatique, hindou, en bougeant la tête, indonésien dans la délicatesse des doigts, et un peu de traditionnel russe dans les pas ! Mais c'est d'une harmonie incroyable et surtout sensuelle sans vulgarité, qui me rappelle les vieux compte des rois persans et la beauté de leurs princesses ! The Persian Classical dance is still danced by Uyghurs in China and Uzbekistan today which makes sense thanks to the silk road and everything.

I am not Persian but as a child. I would dance like this in my childhood home in the U.S. and pretty much this was my style of attire. I did not know anything about Persia at that time. Perhaps maybe in my past life
