Love the leopard print dress. Never heard of mouth taping I wouldn’t want to because my sinuses getting so bad. I have a nostril that swells up and I can’t breathe out of it that would freak me out. Love the lighting it’s just beautiful.

Jess be careful of the diffuser liquid, it generally tends to be oily and I'd hate for you to have oily spots on your bedding if you use it as a spray xx

I got the lip flip and I love it.and it's a lot cheaper than filler.I can notice it on you.And you look Gorgeous.Pamper away if it makes you feel that bit more put together .I love self care myself.I think you are great Jess.🎉❤

Haha I'm only on season 2 at the minute and it's so good!

I had no idea lip flips were a thing until a few months ago I saw a girl I follow on TT having it done and the results were great! She had it done because she has a very small top lip, or at least she thought she did but it just doesn't sit the way others does....I am explaining it terribly, anyway, she had it done and it looked amazing. As someone who also has a teeny tiny upper lip I went ahead and got it done too and love it!

Liquid talc is the saviour for me! You can get it in Asda! Swear by it for the chaffing xx

As a chronic mouth breather I use mouth tape. It makes such a difference. Although sometimes I take it off during the night without realising I've done it 😂

Hi, I got them the first time I watched Jess use them, I got the grows-Mary, the original and the lemon one for my daughters greasy hair, we love them, would definitely recommend 😊

Such a great video! I get lip flips to stop my upper lip from getting sweaty and it’s the best thing i’ve ever done! However im so jealous you get numbing cream, im not even offered it! Do you ask for it? I need it in my life😂

i think its because you've got slim lips also the line between your lip and nose is quick long . have you considered looking in to lip surgery i think thats what its called to give you the lift you want xx

Be careful using diffusor oil as spray and it could stain your bedding. I like the leopard print dress on you! Personally, im not keen on the striped top, makes you look more straight up and down instead of accentuating your body.

Better to clean your ring ! taking it on and off is the fastest way to loose it❤

A maxi animal print dress would look lovely on you x

I mouth tape every night and love it. Makes me sleep deeper, and have way less colds. Apparently over time can help with a double chin but I’m not holding out hope for that. I read a book called ‘breath’ and it goes into lots of detail about studies etc. would recommend that if you’re interested

£4 for toothbrush holder in Primark 😂 when did that happen , and yes def agree with you regarding the hayfever 😮 also i watched Manifest on Netflix series 1/2 after that Jess you will struggle to find the other series unless you get them on dvd which i refused to do lol so i never finished it 😢😢
