Huge house, very good condition with a lot of thinking in planning. I personally would keep all the wood details but change all the tiles and walls to brighter color to make it look more open especially the upper floor but absolutely beautiful and the price again, as an Israeli it's almost for free

I can not believe you showed this house. We viewed it twice and made an offer 10 years ago, but were piped at the post. All looks similar to how we saw it then. I look back at your video and smile , l was disappointed at the time, but we did find our dream place ,paradise was waiting, but not there. Hope who ever buys enjoys the place. Best wishes.

That's interesting as it sat for a long time unsold, we only viewed it as another property fell through, and we felt it was a good investment. We heard someone offered more after our offer, but the owner felt a connection with ourselves.

He said twice there are "thousands" of fruit trees. I only saw maybe 20 at most. I'm confused. 😕 On the land map, you had a green line on the west side that went right by the house. Is that big plot on the other side of that line also part of the property? It looked like there were grape vines there. It is a nice house that's well cared for. Is that forest behind it a national forest never to be built on? Is hunting allowed there? I'd say the price is good. If I had the money I'd buy it just for the kiwis.😅😂😅😂 Ciao! 😊😊

Acc to ourworldindata P has a vaxxrate of 95.3% - if true there could be less than 500k Portuguese in a few years - real estate could be for free and not only in the country side.

No place that I have found is equal to Portugal. What impresses me, an American is the way they learn from and correct potential problems and issues. That is unheard of here in the “Not My Job” States.

How does this relate to Portuguese real estate?
