I really love this concept. Perfect for warmer tropical/sub-tropical areas, where wind is not a major concern most days of the year.😊 The only things Iʻd change would be, 1. Seperate the toilet from the main bath, place it where the washing machine is, and push the wall further in (remove sink), so the bathroom becomes a shower room. And now that the toilet is seperated, people use the laundry sink, and washer/dryer can sit directly next it (no storage). 2. And extend the small wall of the kitchenette out a bit further and install a breakfast bar/counter for stools instead of dining table. Thatʻs it.

Killler window set, covered outside space is always appreciated. 1:30 roof looks perfect for solar and rain collection. If this was my house it would have one bathroom. The dog trot style is great.

The design is amazing, although I’m not sure how to feel about the all open for the kitchen/living area, I’d probably have reinforced glass on the surround to protect the house from the elements/Animals and insulate and still keep that natural light

Yah but the furniture will disappear if you don't have a heavy duty fence or your furniture is not bolted down. Even the plants are at risk. You need at least 600 square meters that is fenced up.

Beutiful, and two bedrooms, that is good and needed, or else, there can only live a couple or a singel person. Not pleasant to host any in the livingroom. Love the layout, colors, decorations too.

❤This is a nice & beautiful house, I don’t see it being in the U.S. something like this could never be in the U.S., the animals especially bears would be in the kitchen helping themselves. Unfortunately it’s so many homeless people and you might wake up to them sleep in the living area. It just wouldn’t work here. 🥰🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🥰

It would not work in NC for sure, but I like the design. Does the clothes closet open to the exterior ? That seems illogical anywhere.

Grate design but musically You couldn't do any better Grate job

Love the floorplan layout and design very clean, linear only the flat roof causes problems with rainfall prefer a conventional style slopped roof or hipped roof lasts longer. Would have liked the dimensions and building materials used, classy and cozy.

Most say It Looks beautifull. Good for a Holiday Home. Because looking closer, there is No Space in It!! Lots is used for the outside Dekoration. One rainy day and you know what I mean.

Nice but I love soaking in a tub. I'd probably sacrifice the other bedroom for a spa like bathroom. Perhaps I'll build a separate small studio unit for guests. That will be perfect.

Do design a house 🏠of 5 ( five) bedrooms with kitchen bathrooms attached. I loved it and looking towards more of it. 👋
