Thanks, man...I've been anxious and overthinking for over a month now. It's given me diarrhea and shortness of breath. The diarrhea's stopped and anxiety's died down for the most part, so the only real problem I got now is shortness of breath, but I've been doing some box breathing every day and I'm gradually breathing better each day. I'm surprised that I managed to not cry once, only a little bit as I was explaining my anxiety to someone who was trying to comfort me.

Jesus about humanity - Confession of vital importance,.Confession frees us to enjoy fellowship with Christ. It should ease our consciences, take away our shame,and lighten our burden of gilt.But some Christians do not understand how confession works.They feel so guilty that they confess the same sins over and over, then they wonder,then they wonder if they they might forgotten something.Other Christians believe that God forgives them .Then they wonder if they might forgotten something. Other Christians believe that God forgives them when they confess, but if they died of unconfessed sin they would forever lost.These Christians .These Christian do not understand .That God wants to forgive them when they confess.He allowed His beloved son to die just as He could offer us pardon .He cancelled our debt and dismissed all charges.when we come to Christ He forgives all the sins we have committed or will ever commit . Of course we should continue to confess our sins,but not because failure to do so do so but not because of failure to do will let us lose our salvation .Our relation with Christ is secured instead.We should confess so that we can enjoy maxima fellow ship and joy with Him.

True confession involves a commitment not to continue in sin.We wouldn’t be genuinely confessing our sins to God,if we plan to commit them again and just wanted temporarily. to defeat temptationiforgiveness😊😊 to to defeat temptation the next time.Rather we should pray for strength the next time we face it.If God has forgiven us for our sins because of Christ’s death, why must we confess our sins? In admitting our sins and receiving Christ cleansing,we are agreeing with God that we have truly have dined and we turn from it, ensuring that we truly have sinned and truly turn from it. Ensuring that we don’t conceal our sins from Him and consequently turn from ourselves ,recognising our tendency to sin relaying on His Power to over come it.
