Hi and thank you for comment and for Subscribe. Pioneer SA 9800 is very nice amplifier and is doing nice matching with Pioneer HPM 100. Ps. about Pioneer HPM 100 i suggest to look on videos section and youn will find how i restored crossovers with explanations and details. Cheers and thx again!

i bought the HPM-1000 for this but for the 76 system i have the HPM-150 ,i guess they were more acurate in the frequencies displayed in sound if the drivers were restored to original specifications

it´s an integrated amplifier not a power amplifier but it as power ,i have one since 79, i have a complete system all bought in 79, everybody calls it blue line but not only in 79 they had blue displays

Hi and thank you for question. That black unit is external usb audio card from Creative. Complet name is - Creative Sound Blaster X-FI HD USB. Cheers!

Hi, connection between computer and audio card is done by an usb cable and from card to amplifier by rca cables connected in amplifier AUX in. Sound is much better compared with computer in oard audio card. Cheers!

Hi and thank you for comment. Is not any problem about volume knob position. Everything depends of line input signal strength. If you have week input signal you have to compensate with volume knob (higher position) if is to high input signal you will have volume knobe on lower positions. Cheers!

@@MariusHiFii it´s the problem with sound coming from a computer or the creative box you have there. To avoid burning if you live in a hot region conect it to a cassette deck using the monitor with the rec level knob to increase the output sound .not needing to put the volume knob so high, with a record or any other source ,if i did this the windows would start to vibrate
