Very Pretty. I will attempt to try to make these. I would have like to see how you did the gold leaf on the edges.
They are just gorgeous. Great video!
Ohhh these turned out beautifully! I really wish you'd shown how you did the gold leaf on the edges! Great work!

Really enjoyed this quick video that contained all information required to “try this at home”. It’s so pretty. Love that pink! It ended up looking like a cross between crystal and ice crystals in the close-up. Quick question....when gold leafing the outside, do you cover it with anything afterwards, to prevent the gold leaf from scratching/washing off?

Hey - thank you. Yes I do - just a clear varnish coat over the leaf to seal it in. Depends what I use - sometimes I use mica powder directly into the mould before I pour resin, that was it is sealed into the resin forever...and no need to varnish :)
So if I wanted gold leaf flakes around the edge do I put those on after the mold is done and how or can I mix some with resin and go around the edge?
Can I use paper cups for mixing or simple plastic cups ? And which hand gloves to use? And can I use lighter instead of gas torch for removing air bubbles?

Yes to both types of cups. I use both, paper is good as you can pinch a spout to pour carefully. Nitrile gloves are best I think and yes, I use a heat gun or torch but I have seen lots of people use a lighter for popping bubbles.
I'd love to try my hand at making some of these for my mom. What do you mix the gold leaf with before adding it?

the gold leaf is just mixed into clear resin...
Which pink color u have used
Please tell that when we start making it .. We can start and end up at the same moment .. Or after first layer we have to wait for 12 hours and then start for Secound layer ..

Yes….you can do either…I usually pour my top clear layer after 6 or more hours….depends on your resin cure time, as the gold leaf rises to the top so I pour enough to cover that so it’s all smooth 👍🏼
Can you detail the products you’ve used please

The resin is called Vista Cascade. The mica powder is Mosuo in pink and pearl white (bought from Amazon) and a gold leaf centre - and gold leaf edging applied with a glue then varnished. :)
Can we use hair dryer for removing bubbles???

A heat gun is better, or even a lighter to pop any bubbles :)

I used Gede glue, waited for it to go tacky....then pressed on gold leaf. Then a coat of varnish to seal :)
How to did that edges with gold leaf

I use a glue, let it go tacky, then carefully press the gold leaf on to the edges, brushing away any gold hanging over the edges. You have to be careful as the leaf clings to everything. :) Then I put a coat of varnish on the top to seal it all in.
