BY FAR, this time the WInged VIctory was my favorite. She's always been on my top three at the Louvre, but this time she just GOT ME and I was moved to tears. I'm glad you're here. Have you been? Every time I see the Winged Victory I think of a movie with Audrey Hepburn who plays a model and the photographer Fred Astaire takes her pictures by the sculpture Thank you for sharing I will never get there so this was wonderful

I got lost in there! I actually think my grown kids ditched me for awhile. It was enormous. I did love Paris and especially notre dom . Was there just once.

Absolutely beautiful. I visited the Louve in 1990. My oldest son was born in Frankfurt Germany while serving in the Army. I dream of returning for another visit! ❣

I’m going to Paris on 11th April to visit my daughter. She will be working each day tho, so I’m wondering is the Louvre somewhere to visit solo or would it be overwhelming?
