Very nice home, lot, and neighborhood. All it needs is a great interior designer with a masterplan to renovate/update the interior and buildout basement and that house would double in value easily! Another good one!

Love the living room ceiling trimming. Very spacious, nice kitchen overall nice home!
People come to New York and see what you get for 900k and up! Ok let me tell you an old house built in the 50s! Needs lots of work to update it, rooms the size of cell phone! Bathroom the size of credit card! Small backyard most times. I am talking Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and other areas have a mixture of houses. So the prices for these beautiful homes is way lower than the big cities! And you get more for your money! Less for property taxes too!

Love the house, but I was expecting the bathrooms to look better than they do. Also, too much carpet and the basement is unfinished. I'm obsessed with kitchen islands, so I was surprised to not see one.

For price its a nice home closest spaces too small and I prefer hardwood floor and would change all that out and finish pressure wash the garage. Floor get all that oil stains up of course I do Like it

So funny Tori, when we was on the call and you said “I don’t want a whole lot of steps to get into the house” I was thinking in my head well you’re definitely not going to like the property video coming today 😂😂😂. BUT! from the garage it’s almost step less… most homeowners with garages rarely use their own front doors 🤷🏾♂️😂

The lot is nice but its to much carpet inside.The plastic shower needs a upgrade. The landry room I live the size.

House @ almost $600,00 not to mention it's 23 plus yrs old ....Would need several upgrades...not a fan of carpet in the LR...outdated kitchen/granite too dark/cabinets outdated/outdated bathrooms....doesn't need carpet in bedrooms either....backyard needs major overhaul.... bathrooms very outdated old tubs & showers.... WOW & there is an unfinished basement? . It's listed @ $584,900 correct? Calculations hv it @ $583,740 ????? Where did the extra $1,160 come in for ??? DEFINITELY NOT WORTH almost $600,00.

Really nice and well kept with real hardwood floors, not the luxury vinyl stuff they use today jto imitate hardwoods. Question, are there hardwood floors under the carpeted areas on the main floor? I remember they used to do that back in the day.
kitchen not very up to date and the bathrooms are very ugly and to cheap looking for the price.
