I purchased this e-bike and I love the look of it. I have been riding it for over a month, and haven't found any problems during this period.

Another excellent and honest review of an e-bike. The bike itself looks great, and if I could turn back time 45+ years to when I was in the 14-16 age range, I would certainly have wanted it, but even back then, the lack of a key and non removable battery would have been a massive concern. I think I would be spending half the price of the bike on locks and chains to reduce the concern somewhat. I hope the honest review does not prevent you from reviewing their other bike.

I got a 30mph bike at 18 and have to say its amazing for living in Bristol

I have a two high end riese and mullers the delite and superdelite and spotted this in a shop in the west end of Glasgow and had to have it, at a 10th of the price of my superdelite its definitely wont go where that beast will take me but for fun on a summer's day i love this ❤

Same head unit as my Crazybird (different colours) incidently is that "disk" supposed to do anything? its takes up a lot of space if it does'nt

I think a lot of the fat tyres can get easy punctures tbh. They can be thin but also wider so more likely to catch something.

I haven't seen one exactly like it but the Engwe M20 has a similar retro feel.

Advertising claims dual suspension, so I assume that they have fitted too heavy a spring damper for you to notice any suspension of the saddle. Either that or some spanner has wrenched all three saddle and strut mounting bolts so tight that the suspension is locked by incorrect assembly. If you got the rear suspension working, it would correct the forward lean of the saddle that you commented on.

It looks fun but prefer my tiny albeit powerful 400w Kugoo Kurin V1 B2. Massive low down torque gets up to 28 in a heartbeat!

'Hideous' is a better name.

It looks like you could swap out the dummy spring damper for a real one, put self-locking nuts on the saddle bolts, set them with just enough slack to swivel and get seat suspension? A chain tensioner is silly on a single speed and it wastes pedalling power, the frame should have been built with adjustable dropouts, it would look cooler, more like a motorbike, anybody who won't adjust the chain is probably going to die from unadjusted cable brakes, hydraulics are self adjusting.

I'd say being able to make the saddle higher is more important than giving it some suspension but adjusting the back would just tilt it forward more. Good point about the tensioner.

I don't think so. Usually it's speed that's restricted and there's an obvious cut off when it reaches that speed. And restricting to 23-25 is an odd choice

Beautiful bike, I just refuse to buy another ebike under 20 amp battery, even 20 amp is light. I have a 28 amp dual battery, and a 23 amp battery bike, had a 30 amp battery bike, just sold it. That battery was a beast! This is a great looking bike thou.

Correct me if I am wrong but this bike is NOT legal on UK roads ? If stopped by the police riding it on public roads they may well confiscate it.

Anything over 25kmh is classified as motorcycle. Driving licence is needed, insurance, register with DVLA . Driving without insurance is probably a driving ban as well as confiscating the bike .

Not until hidoes get it classed as 250w which other brands do. You can still lock speed to 16 and not add the throttle and there's a slim yo none chance of ever getting into trouble.

You were 'clogging', pedals under the arches of your feet = WRONG !

Who cares, its a throttle powered ebike.

ANY eBike that does not have a seat height adjustment is only for the people who are a certain height! So basically pointless as a GOOD bike.

The fact that the brand name spells and sounds so close to "hideous" isn't very encouraging... 😁

Won't get much better for $900 though.

These are some crap offerings. E-bike manufacturers are big time skimping.

Remember in order to ride this bike legal on UK public, you need motor cycle license, 3rd party insurance , tax ,registered with DVLA . Driving this motorcycle (yes it is a motorcycle) without insurance is likely to result in a driving ban .

It can be programmed to be Class 1 15mph.

Well I dont like the look of the bike , the thing looks like the manufactures had some parts left over in a corner somewhere and thought lets throw these bits and pieces together and call it an ebike , some sucker will buy it !
