One reason I love it? I’m from there born and raised til our house burnt in 2015. When I was 17. And another reason? It’s almost never cold there. I’m in Ohio and it’s cold here right now I do not and will not miss the cold weather.

Thanks for watching and your nice feedback! The shrimp guy is on the roadside just past the Publix on Lady’s Island on Sea Island Parkway! He’s seasonal so not there in the Winer months.

Great video? Are there homes in Beaufort with no Hoa? What part of Beaufort do you live in?

Thanks for watching and the nice feedback! I live on Lady's Island with no HOA. There are many areas outside of the HOA communities as options. Besides Lady's Island, the town of Port Royal (10 min. from downtown Beaufort) has no HOAs, the Pigeion Point neighborhood, the Depot area (both close to downtonw), Mossy Oaks and historic Beafort don't have HOAs.

Shhhhh stop telling people about this paradise. Then help me get there!
