Bushy had already started it. In just less than a week, popular Elden Ring players like Bushy will now release absurd challenges completing the DLC like no-hits, no deaths, etc. while most people are still exploring or stuck on certain bosses. Heck, some players like me haven't bought the DLC, too poor and no time lmao.

Its rough, im currently at the 2nd legacy dungeon in the 1st area doing rl1 no weapon upgrades...having to rot most enemies as night maidens mist, my usual go to, is waaay too weak in the dlc. Looking forward to the challenge runners going through it and making it look easy x)

Goddam, that was a quick turnaround. The only thing more exciting than playing the DLC is thinking about all of the sick videos Bushy et al are going to put out.

with midras nuke attack, you can circle around like you can with close range waterfowl, and you can usually get a jump attack punish safely

DLC been out for like a week and the challenge runs have already began, amazing

And people are saying Gaius has no punish windows lololol. Looks like a normal ER fight to me and felt like one when I fought him. Loved his fight. Only bullshit fight was final boss and in a month it wont be anymore. People are softies

my first attempt i almost killed him like one or 2 more hits. every attempt after that i havent gotten him lower than 25%. Some of his attacks are easy and punishable, but the others are bs. i get the rng where he spams the charge like 3 times in a row. its actually chance whether or not yuou get the hard moves Edit: I beat him using starfists and it was more enjoyable and easier and I probably got better rng. Before I was using greatsword

@@odious5317I’m not a fan of the leveling system. Like you took your time to upgrade before the dlc and what you get! You start from scratch, at least I should have a chance in the first area 🤷🏻‍♂️, i get the encourage for the discovery

@@johndam2481idk man before this patch you could get to level 100 in like 2 hours. That’s with 0 effort. Sadly that method is now patched 😔

@@johndam2481 I see, that’s fair. However you don’t technically start from scratch. Your levels do still matter, but they take somewhat of a backseat, but they still matter. If you don’t have enough points into stamina you’re going to suffer for it regardless of whether you collect Scadutree Fragments to increase your Blessings. As well as health, if you don’t enter the dlc with high health you’ll pay for it even more than if you have 60 vigor going in because obviously enemies take chunks of your health. So, your levels still make a difference in some regards. I was still leveling up as I collected Scadutree Fragments. It helps. I went with a bleed build for the Backhand Blades, and I kept pumping levels into Arcane, which makes bleed procc faster.

@@johndam2481 Elden Ring rewards you for exploring, I think this is super cool. Also the danger to die in 3-4 hits while exploring makes you aware of your surroundings, you could die anywhere which makes it so exciting
