It's not an update. It has always been that way, you unlock king at th 7 (max 10), th 8, (max 20) and at th 9 both king and queen are upgradable upto 30.

@@keralaplays1580 there is still th 11 tournament exist ,don't know now , about year ago it was .watch those if u don't believe me .that don't req lot skill now .there is lot of people who can 3s other th 11 without machine higher lvl donation troops . Those th was designed to do that and had nerfed few times so it's easier than old time .ask from any legend league competitive player. Or play urself for about week u will find out . When I was in low th lvl I feel like that too 😁
