“You think you’re the apex predator when you are a wolf with missiles, but then you find a polar bear with bombs” that might be my favorite quote of this whole series.
This game was sooooo underrated. One of the best on N64.
I was waiting the entire time for this one! This is one of my favorite N64 games of all time. The humor, atmosphere, and music are fantastic. Gameplay can be frustrating and janky but it's fun. Btw, a dev actually commented on Cybershell's SSSV video that the ghost collectible had bad collision so it was disabled, not realizing that a collectible also used that collision.
16:12 "I did end up taking it down with a well-timed laugh combo." Not a phrase you hear everyday. LOL
'You take over the corpse of the animal' is pretty hard core
This game was all over Nintendo Power back in the day. I don't remember much about the game itself I just remember it was really cool for how groundbreaking and open it was.

yeah, i vaguely remember playing it a little but never got very far in it. i think my friend rented it or something. it does look pretty revolutionary for it's time.

I played the hell out of this game and Buck Bumble when I got sick of all the standard AAA games everybody knows from the 64. I'll be interested to see him go through Buck Bumble, it was a hell of a game.

@@FLYWHEELPRIMEthat was the rental game for me. Loved the narrative of bugs fighting amongst each other
This was one of my favourite games, and it's truly underrated, because hardly anyone even knew it existed. I didn't know it was made by the people who started Rockstar, but I'm not surprised because it was a brilliant game...
I love the person in chat who said "the animals didn't die, they just got Windows Vista"
13:00 - Not shown, the time thab killed those Baby Penguins because he could, and then had to do the level over again since they needed to be alive for the souvenir! thabGreed

I've watched all these N64 videos, but this is one I've watched the full vod of when it first hit the other channel. Your script is so good, you had to cut out so many moments, but what you chose to leave in was perfect, it flowed so well. Your video editor did fantastic too syncing up with the script, well done all around. I've loved this series from the start, but it has been great seeing it get even better as you perfect the format.
Yes! I was really looking forward to this one. I remember renting this game from blockbuster back in the day with absolutely no idea what to expect. Only got to the ice levels before I had to return it (and didn't rent again) so it was interesting to see what happens in the rest of the game. Thanks for the cool video! I still maintain that this is one of the most bizarre games I've ever played, personally
My memory of this game has been unlocked... wow!
This was quite literally the very first video game I played as a young kid. I remember just playing around on the first stage switching between animals. Thanks for the video dude!
It’s either my love for the N64, the dead pan delivery, or the calm nature of walking us through my favorite childhood games, but I love this series! New subscriber for sure.
I loved this goofy game so much as a kid, but never got past that fish level. It also gave me horrific headaches and I could only play for like an hour before I had to stop. But it was so fun I still loved it! Was waiting for you to get to this game, gives me so much nostalgia! Thanks Thab.
This definitely was a hidden gem. Never heard of this game until you played it

Absolutely worth a play
One of my favorite N64 games. Totally flew under the radar but kept me engaged all the way through.
Remember this game as a kid lol... Never knew how to get past these bears in one level...
this was one of the most bizarre games i played as a kid, while having no idea what was going on. never actually beat it either. as soon i as i saw this uploaded you best believe i went directly to the vod, this is gonna be great to watch
So many games I’ve never heard of! That’s honestly one of the best things about this challenge.
I saw you play this on twitch and literally waited for you from the first few days of this challenge to draw this. Thanks for bringing back some nostalgia
Thank you so much for giving access to your long play vods. Much much much appreciated, also love this series so much .
This game is so weird and unique. Surprised this is the first time I'm ever hearing of it
Best game play series on KZread right now
The jungle level with the pit, I never got past that the intended way. What you were supposed to do is hit the rain switch and see the invisible path where the rain lands. Instead, I used the hyena to jump on top of the switch and then on top of the wall. You can then skip the whole pit but taking out the parrot with the hyena is very difficult!
I loved this one so much that I went and watched the whole VODs of it on your second channel!
One of the best parts of Friday! Thanks ThaB and Craw!

Dude, I remember playing this game back as a kid, but hadn't thought about it since back then until I saw the thumbnail. So many memories watching this one! Love it!
I've loved this game ever since randomly picking it up at a video rental store. It has such a huge amount of creativity, from the levels and objectives to the variety of animals, to the music and the visuals. I think the devs deserve a lot of credit for the art direction, in this generation I feel like a lot of people were just trying to get 3D objects to render on screen but this game has a distinctive and unique style. Even little details like the music being played on speakers in the level and being able to mute it by breaking them. I wish we saw indie games with this level of ambition today.
This remains me favorite current series on KZread. Love it. Keep it up.
I loved this game man boy it brings back memories !! I used to play 64 with my brothers and friends I miss when you used to play together in the same room.
I see why they decided on space station silicon valley as the name. "Play as a hostile version of every member of the animal kingdom" was just a tad too lengthy
Man...this takes me back...My parents got me an N64 with this game for Christmas in 98. I was 10years old and was so happy. They got me goldeneye too! They just wanted a game to balance out the killing with some good puzzle based gaming. Love yah mom and dad ❤
Can't stop watching this series! Definitely gonna ride out the journey!
Never heard of this game but it's one of the weirdest games I've ever seen.
Been waiting on this one - such a great game!
Space Station Silicon Valley the obscure N64 game, that nobody played as kid, but everybody wish, that they had

So glad you played this. Haven’t played this game in ages. Great game
I used to play the king rat bit over and over again, so much fun commanding your subjects to attack
Imagine seeing your lover being killed by a crashing spaceship then it's corpse suddenly start chasing you xD
Love the series. Needed this. Great content man
I love this series, but I especially love seeing the games you’d already enjoyed when you were younger.
This was my favorite N64 game as a kid. I still get the music stuck in my head sometimes.
My friend had this game and have always thought back to it as an adult. For some reason I thought it was Jet force Gemini, but of course as soon as I load it up it was clear it wasn't. Glad to know what it is now!!
Im just blown away somebody figured this game out
Looks like a mix of Super Mario and Ratchet & Clank
My sister and I played and replayed this game a million times as kids. So many good memories ❤️
I really wanted to play this back in the day, but the expansion pack bug kept me away from it, so I'm glad to see you play it.
"utlimate *behemoth* of a tank" Don't you think that went unnoticed.
Hooked on the series, great video. I need to play this game now
Love this fever dream game. Cant wait to see you beat the whole series
Another great video! I love these! I remember this game but I don't think I actually played it. Pretty creative game.
I was waiting for this one and blast corps! Nice one!
This game held up even better than I expected! Really great game.
I've been waiting for this game since you started the challenge. I remember renting this game from blockbuster. I could never get past the cod level.
Amazing video, super entertaining. Never heard of this game and it really looks amazing and rich !
This was actually really well made and made me chuckle a few times take this sub
I had this game for n64 as kid and yea it was so much fun play
this series is great, subbed
God this is such good content. I played many games as a kid; I had a lot of time, I was pretty good at games, and I enjoyed them. But I wasn't allowed to buy many games, so I just rented them for a week at a time. This is one of the ones I never beat so I'm looking forward to seeing it all the way through! Edit after watching: I got stuck on the invisible pathway over lava; I thought I had missed something that could fly and I just kept re-doing the level trying to find it. I never realized there was an invisible floor. This game is full of terrible design decisions, but the core idea and the animal variety and stuff is so good! Ruined completely by brutal difficulty, horrific combat, and trial-and-error nonsense.
I'd love to see the boxing kangaroo video man. Great content, I really enjoyed watching this video!
I grew up with this game and loved it so much, and still do to this day. I don't know how I even got it as a kid but I'm very glad I did haha
I just started watching this series and I love it
I love how the music comes from the speakers inside the levels. And when you destroy them you mute it.
Holy crap it's Balan Wonderworld only actually kinda good for its time!
Good job editor!! Keep it up
Love the series, remember most of these games but a few like this slipped through the cracks as a kid. Impatiently waiting for 2 of my favorite games of all time, Doom 64 and Turok 2

Hell yeah I've heard good things about Doom 64 but haven't played it. I use to love turok. I was wanting to ask how turok 2 compares to 1? Cause I've never played 2.
@scallaghan61

@@bodie12333 Turok 2 is pretty amazing considering the time and what they did while limited by the capabilities of the n64. Its massive and was a series that created some of the best weapons in video games like the cerebral bore among others. I think its a big step above the 1st game in my personal opinion. I look forward to seeing how long a playthrough of it takes and how long he gets stuck in lair of the blind ones, that level can be a pain. I actually bought the remakes of both Turok 2 and Doom 64 on xbox when they came out
@bodie12333

@@scallaghan61 hell yeah, that's dope you got 'em for xbox. How were they compared to the originals? Like did they update the graphics or something cause I feel like that would be weird. I'll have to check turok 2 out sometime. And there were so many weapons in turok. Are there a bunch of different ones in turok 2?
@scallaghan61
2 жыл бұрын
@@bodie12333 Im not sure they did a lot for doom but for Turok they made it a lot easier to find objectives and items you need to find. Lots of replaying levels to beat the game. Also lots of new weapons. Im trying to remember everything in Turok but unless im forgetting most weapons are new. I believe the pistol, shotgun, grenade launcher and tek bow are all that carried over. Gotta be 10 or so new weapons

this game was waaaaay better than it needed to be. clunky controls aside ive been dying for a remaster of this for years
Been watching the N64 series and been trying to remember why your name is so familiar. Finally realize I remember you from Scorehero back in 2008-2010. Great series brother.
1:47 Ohp, I see where this is going! 6:23 Nevermind, nipped that problem right in the bud!
Man, I can't wait till Thab plays Gex.
Yay. Thanks for the series
when i found this channel i searched for this glad u played it … i loved this game as a jit
One of my absolute favorites on the N64, really a legendary game!
this game always weirded me out as a kid….a friend had a copy and he absolutely loved it.
This game was so hard. I don't know it would be as an adult but man I could never beat the game before returning it to Blockbuster Just found your channel..i need to lurk to see if you went through any Bomberman games..those were so good!
Needs a reboot! What a kooky concept!
I used to play this all the time as a kid, nobody else knew what I was talking about. Very cool to see it get some attention
What a great game, I loved it so much. All the different animals. Thx for the video.
This is one of those games I saw the box for in Blockbuster a lot, but never rented.
The way you articulated “poop mines” made me crack up 😂
One of my favorite games.
I’ve been looking forward to this one!!!
Thab, you inspired me to start this challenge, however I'm only doing NA games (296), but still, thank u for giving me a goal. also this was the first game i got on my wheel a bit long, some levels are a bit convoluted and directionless but overall pretty enjoyable.

I love the, "Number ___, what is THAT?" every time a new game gets selected lol
Alright… earned my sub… you sir are magnificent and loving my absolute dream. Keep up the grind!
The actual speakers in the game is one of the coolest features I've seen in a game. Ever
Body Harvest and This one, you can definitely see the sandbox-y elements. I remember seeing this one at blockbuster, but was NEVER in stock ha.
A lot of novel concepts for a game at that time. My brother and I loved it.
Man I remember I had this game as a kid and could get through 95% of the game but could never figure out how to unlock that mission in the center of the space station. I used to be so mad 😩😩
12:42 In the ice world, the piano tune you need to play to get the gold trophy is a reference to the movie Close Encounters Of The Third Kind.
9:38 “Do a barrel roll!”

I love this series
when this game came out I was SUPPPPER excited about it, and to this day I have no idea why. the game is FINE, but I was like Skyrim-level hyped for some reason, and it baffles me because the game isn't too special. I remember finding it a bit tedious, and I think I got to the last level but could not beat it, I think because of a game-breaking soft lock bug forgotten by the devs.
I just remember all the hype this game had. Never played it or knew anyone who did.
this was one of my favorite games as a kid
this one deserves a remaster
I can’t wait for Jet Force Gemini. Forgot all about that game til Thab brought it up last video.
