hacker cart is like the combination of race cart and improved stability and has a lot of speed improved stability is an anti-fly-off-the-tracks so it's up to the speed you want to go

not really, you can’t go too fast on turns because it will automatically derail itself but either way it’s a good trolling cart and a speedrunning cart
