Beater paddles the Lower Haw River (2800 CFS)
I'm trying to get back in my short boat but my head game still needs some work...and a roll couldn't hurt either. I'm a little disappointed in myself but I ended up cutting the day short and just did one lap. Still had a great time with great people. Good times!

My helmets not big enough for all the swimmer bells I would have earned. Blown rotator cuff now has me counting ducks as I float by. Way to keep paddling.
