UPDATEEE! R-T has already recieved 2 nerfs since this video was recorded 1) his HP is reduced to 6150. 2) his Main attack is 1050 per shot 3) marked enemies take up to 1050 bonus dmg. so 2100 a shot if theyre marked (at max level^^)

I found out that if you combine 8 bit and meg's toolbox and also combined with rico and his reload gear that is the fastest reload speed
