Yeah, well in my early days, I could not afford a guitar with a whammy so I had make do. So that is how I learned it 20 years ago. Plus it has this nice little twang tele sound that is kinda growing on me... Thanks for the comment! ;)

Three reasons I like it: a) it's not note per note (it could be good, but boring) b) You kept a good timing during tapping (I heard some guitarists who were a little "late") c) You showed one more time how versatile a Tele can be 🙂

You can do anything on a Tele. I bought one off a guy at work for a steal he needed the money. I never wanted one but I couldn't pass up the deal. Anyways I haven't played my Jackson, Charvel, Kramer or my Les Paul since. I can't put it down.

There're little hints. :) Takes one to know one.. How people stand or hold their instruments. Yeah we pick up on those and get the "this guy can play" - to be fair I did NOT pick on on those with this guy. I saw a VERY polished telecaster so I guessed it was one of those collectors who don't really play that much. Glad to be wrong! :D he did kill it.

Just a friendly heads up; what your comment actually means is his playing would disgust Eddie Van Halen, which Im pretty sure wasn’t your intention. If something makes someone “turn over in their grave”, it means they would dislike it, at least in the US. Maybe it’s different in Brazil, though.
