Good tips, but the 1-3-1 defense in the clips was really, really terrible. The defenders had no energy, had bad posture, and often faced the strong side with their backs turned away from the weak side. But worst of all was the lack of communication and awareness, which often resulted in two defenders half-defending the man with the ball and leaving someone on the weak side open.

Good points. This team likes to play the passing lanes. They are not very aggressive on the ball.
