i believe skull knight is a representation of a non happy ending he died using the berserker armor and now wonders the lands as a ghost.

This has such an 80's vibe to it that definitely suits the old Berserk.

@@ajduclaire yes- I suggest reading the manga firsr however, it is called Berserk by Kentaro Miura. The 90s anime release which covers the Golden Age Arc is also good especially for a now “older” piece.

Perfect timing.. it's been exactly 1 year since the greatest mangaka in history has passed, Rest In Peace Miura-sama. And this song is the perfect tribute to him. Thank you Beast In Black for all the wonderful music you have offered us. And thanks to Berserk for helping me find my favourite band. Ever since I heard Unlimited Sin, I found Unlimited Power!!!

I love how it's not at all subjective that Kentaro Miura was the greatest mangaka in history. Most amazing mangakas agree he was the best. So he objectively was the greatest one. It's a title safe for a couple of years at least.

@@xenosayain1506 I believe there's a Miura quote out there somewhere about how Berserk is such a dark story that it needs to have a happy ending. Don't take my word for it though, it's just something lodged in the back of my brain. I think it makes sense though, Berserk is about struggling no matter what, there needs to be some kind of payoff otherwise the struggle was for nothing.

Musical talent has no nationality only greatness. And this band they are great. When I first heard beast in Black it was absolutely perfect for pumping iron too and for helping me write out certain scenes and something I'm writing. And this this feels like a proper power ballad for guts and casca.

Just got introduced to these guys two nights ago when they opened for Nightwish in Toronto. Now I find myself tracking down as much of their stuff as I can. Such a fantastic sound and their live performance was top notch and pure energy. So good.

I also cannot stop listening to this over and over. It's so good~ :3 One of my favorite songs by Beast in Black.

Finally, a lyric video done by an official record company that doesn't have different angles of the same shot over and over again.

I love everything about this. It conveys everything it needs to convey within 4 and a half minutes. Passion, emotion and a tiny bit of uncertainty. Rest in Peace, Kentaro Miura. Truly one of the greatest mangaka to ever live and an absolute inspiration to many of us.

This band is soooooo underrated, it's ridiculous. Spotify recommended them to me in November last year when I was studying for my exams and I'm forever grateful. What a blessing. Usually not a big fan of this genre of metal, but their music slaps so goddamn hard. Easily my favourite band atm.

Wow, just wow! Kentaro's writing will be forever remembered. Especially through fantastic songs like this.

Miura, through Berserk, made realize there are others out there in constant war versus an overpowering foe or with themselves. And through the visualization, gore and the beautiful sincerity in his art - he was able to empower me, through Berskerk he made me stronger and contributed to my values. Beast in Black: Awesome song guys, i love the perspective from which you seem to write your songs. Keep it up.

RIP Kintaro Miuara, I love how you mellowed with age and allowed GUTs to find a new crew of good friends as you did :) .

I started reading Berserk manga last weekend... and now when i've read every chapter that have come out... This, and many other tracks from Beast in Black just hits differently.

This song may not be my absolute favorite by you guys (I think that honor goes to Blind and Frozen), but it's the only one you've done that's formed tears in my eyes...RIP Miura.

*Raises hand* I have never watched Beserk and read comments this was based on an anime from the 80s. I'm like, "Wow! That's so progressive and awesome the anime had two male love interests!". Then I found out this is *not* two guys

Amazing tribute

Another wonderful track. Superb vocal as always and a great solo. That tasty bit of melodic tapping was superb.

Finally, Skull Knight are going to a total retirement. After what he do to help the protagonist on his journey. My question is. Did he really that important? I mean he literally just doing some or little help for the protagonist so they can keep on track.
