The dude is 2-11 in his career. He's actually worse than Fields. It was a nice story but the HC saying they're going to go with the guy who maximizes Jefferson means it's probably not going to be Dobbs. It's wild for people to say '1 bad game' when it's really the opposite, 1 good game. His only actual good game was the Saints.

Idk what to feel about Justin Fields. One game he can have 3 touchdowns, no turnovers but can’t have a game winning drive. But the other game he can win but he had 2 costly turnovers before that.

Really comes down to the play calling against certain types of defense because fields struggled against the Vikings their last game . The play calling style of getsy falls into the hands of the Vikings defense and it doesn’t work good

It's hard to say yeah. This game felt completely different from last week, likely due to a different game plan. He missed 2 wide open throws, and had some horrible fumbles. Yet, the overall lack of offensive production felt like a team problem, especially with how bad he was getting pressured. In the end, he sealed it with that long pass to Moore. Overall it was a bad day for Fields, but it's a bit confusing why I see so many assuming he's not gonna be in Chicago next season. It's difficult to know what will happen.

from what i see, Eberflus or that O-line can't figure our blitzes for Fields. It could be that Fields isn't recognizing it, but when he has time to throw, he's looked really good combined with his rushing ability

It really comes down to playcalling. There are some plays where we can be like "Naw, Fields shouldn't have done that" or "Yeah, Fields need to learn how to protect the ball better." But what more can Fields do when the playcalling is nothing but screen passes?

Dobbs missed a wide open receiver downfield by throwing out of bounds. That's the sort of thing that makes him not a starter.

I know the game was sloppy and all but 14:28 that missile from fields to Moore with the game on the line was cold. Nobody saw it coming

Bears on national TV...good job NFL. And the golden boy Josh Dobbs per the sports media just a few weeks ago reminded everyone why he is a not a starter and is on his 7th team in 7 years. He is the Charlie Batch of this generation and will probably have an NFL bench warmer career for years, but never as a serious starter.

Amazing game!

Bad Vikings play calling and time management. Any high school team would have won the game after the fumble. I saw this coming a mile away when they couldn’t get a few yards for a field goal attempt and then not going for a 51 yard field goal sealed it.

If by "crazy" you mean "grateful", then we agree!!

It wasn't a crazy ending. It was two cellar teams trying to prove they are worse than the other team. 12-10 usually means a defensive standoff. This 12-10 was two offenses with disabilities. Both those quarterbacks should be on SSI benefits.

Primetime games this season haven't been good at all. Good win for the Bears. That was a snoozefest of a game.

I thought it was a fun game with lots of twists and turns. I fast forward with my DVR so I don't waste time on boring plays.

Fields holds the ball too long, he takes too many sacks, he cannot read coverages, he leads his receivers into defenders, he fumbles too often…The only chance Bears fans have is picking a new QB in next years draft along with vastly improving the supporting cast on offense. Not sure what trade value they can get for Fields.

The Bears will not go to the playoffs with him let alone win a playoff game. If you desire continued mediocrity, loosing seasons with an occasional ok performance against another mediocre team then Fields is your man. As a Bears fan that started watching the team when I was a young kid, George Blanda and then Ed Brown were the QB’s at the time. I have watched Bears QB’s for over 65 years and Fields isn’t the answer for this franchise.

3rd and 10 with 1:06 and Minnesota's defense gave Fields ALL day to throw.
