The dragons get to chase the insects down inside the aquarium.

what did u use to create this substrate

We used a powered concrete in a bag from big box store. It was like the 4,000psi concrete patch repair that can be poured nearly any thicnkness. It is the powered stuff Without Rocks in it. Then I took my knife and made the concrete a little rougher so their nails will grab on good then we painted it with a safe latex paint!

Much too big, your likely to get your animals impacted feeding too large of size, I’d recommend no bigger than the space between its eyes You can also verify this online if you’d prefer.

Thanks for watching our videos! Yes we hear you yet the videos show how easily they can handle larger prey. Out in the wild they eat whatever comes by without much restrictions. People are the ones implying the restrictions unfortunately. We have also notice that if the prep is too big they just wont attack it if they don't feel they can handle it.

@@Ourluckyfrogs read up on impaction, glad I could help you find the correct way to feed before you get yourself an impacted dragon with an extremely expensive vet bill, but I don’t think you take them seriously enough to take them to a vet, otherwise they would also have expressed the severity of researching your pets. The dragon’s organs are still developing at that size, meaning it’s hard enough to digest the normal size food they SHOULD eat. But hey glad to help!

Right! This is so scary. You can tell the baby is struggling to eat it. Why get a bearded dragon without doing the proper research? They're going to get sick. And they're feeding them insects that they've caught outside 😢 poor babies. Mealworms are fine, so are dubia roaches. I would NEVER feed my dragons house roaches, moths, spiders, and grass hoppers? I hope no one actually sees this and think it's okay. So much care goes into raising a healthy dragon. And sad thing is once they become sick it'll more than likely be too late, because bearded dragons have a good way of masking illness. Smfh.
